Hard to recommend them as I contacted them with an RSA claim after the December 2022 cold snap, which had been valued at around £15k, but was told that the work was too small for them and the chap who spoke to me gave the example of one local authority related case they were dealing with in London which was in the millions. Difficult to feel anything other than somewhat belittled when met with a response like that.

It has to be said that we were surprised to receive your poor review. It was obvious to us that your recollection did not reflect the reality of the conversation Trustpilot kindly allowed us to contact you. You gave us your phone number so we could check our call recordings. You phoned us telephone us on a non-working day, 29th December 2022, but we answered your call on our emergency line. We have forwarded you the recording between you and our Jeremy Rollinson. The call lasted 26:38 and the nature of that call could not have been more cordial on both sides. Jeremy gave you advice on your claim and, as you will have heard, you thanked him "...sincerely for your time and I wish you a Happy New Year". Subsidence advice
We contacted Salmon Assessors regarding an ongoing subsidence claim and spoke with Jeff, whose no nonsense and considered approach was both refreshing and positive. Jeff succinctly summed up our situation and provided invaluable advice, which we are now following. A relief call to the rescue
I received a phonecall today from Salmon Assessors and I was so relieved to speak to them. They were very understanding but also so honest. Their honesty is what made me feel comfortable and they're not just there to take on a job for money. If they can give you free advise they'll always do that first. I'm so glad to come across them and feel like they'll really be able to help me and my husband. Thank you.

Highly recommend Company

Great customer service and nice to have someone on your side!
We originally used Salmon Assessors back in 2021 for our Covid Business Interruption insurance claim.
Really glad we did. Not only did they successfully deal with a stubborn Insurance company, they have recently argued for and resolved a further case against the way the Insurance company handled the claim.

Well… that’s what we do best, and we don’t stop until we “squeeze the lemon dry”. When insurance companies think they can walk over their policyholders after they’ve been paid a high premium to get compensated, regretfully for them, they’re playing games with the wrong loss assessors! Our clients always come first.

Amazing service
We used salmon assessors for our dental practice flood.
As expected our insurer was extremely sluggish in trying to firstly admit liability and were very resistant in paying our our claims even after accepting liability.
Salmon assesors were fantastic and couldn't recommend them enough. We did not have to do anything apart from acknowledging a few emails and left them to do a very professional job.
I would be very happy to recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate in using them again
