Had a very confusing experience with your quotation system. I have copies of the emails, first quote was £75; then I applied a 20% off voucher, next quote was £72 ? Then I did another quote same details as first, this time it jumped up to £269, so phoned to query was told the £269 was correct, then went on line to original email, went to purchase option, it had gone to £111; so purchased but all very confusing

Staff very helpful and patient with me as tech savy I am not.

The website didn't work properly as unable to fill in medical conditions for more than one person, and only one condition each. Phoned instead.
45 minute conversation with polite lady who was very difficult for us to understand due to strong accent. Ended with her declaring that we couldn't be insured, not because of heart condition or cancer treatment but due to single trip to the GP 10 days before which led to a single seasicknesd tablet being taken and full recovery within 24 hours.
Asked to speak to manager following morning. After 30 mins conversation she gave us a quote which was double last year. She seemed surprised when we said we were happy to pay higher excess and have lower cancellation insurance cover. Once she put these numbers the quote came down to same as last year more or less.
Last time we got insurance from you the process was simple and a pleasure. Nothing has changed with us since then apart from this one something-and- nothing trip to a GP. Why has the company changed so much??

It was nice to speak with someone instead of doing it on line when questions aren’t very clear to understand, the lady was very pleasant and clear in the questions.

We found that most other travel insurance companies simply used the standard medical questionnaire which didn't fit our circumstances. Insurancewith has expanded this to get a better medical picture, capturing more detail and therefore able to provide cover at a sensible cost. Holiday now booked!

Really nice guy but spoke far too quickly and I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times which added to the stress of a lengthy process. Very pleasant man but needs to slow down.

The staff member Clive was helpful and friendly but the call took longer as he was have problems with a slow computer

The price was competitive, but one can only review an insurance company after one sees how it handles a claim, and one hopes that day never comes!

Living with Cancer is tough at times, being able to get good travel insurance at a reasonable price is rare.
Insurancewith is the best I’ve found to enable us to travel and make memories, with peace of mind knowing we’re covered.

I found it really difficult to understand the agent. Particularly with medical issues it was really difficult to. I nearly hung up a few times

The call handler was extremely helpful and patient whilst I listed all of my medications and conditions that I suffer from. She was polite and helpful. She recognised that I was a repeat customer so provided me with a small discount as I informed her I’d deleted my email as it was a spontaneous decision to visit family.
Excellent all round service.

Insuring me when other companies wouldn’t or very expensive

The on line questionnaire was very thorough and relatively easy to complete. The price quoted was very competitive.
Obviously I cannot review the claims process as I have no need to claim, but I hope the company is not one of those insurers that readily take your premiums but find any reason under the sun to refuse claims when needed.

The app and the website don’t work for me at all seems to permanently think I want insurance for 2 and then keeps asking me if I want to have a new quote without even providing a first. A very odd company going by the way the quote system operates. So not for me thanks.
