Insured Audio has been absolutely…
Insured Audio has been absolutely superb for COD audio! The sound quality is incredible, and it has made such a difference in my gaming experience. On top of that, their customer service is truly awesome—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. If you’re looking for great COD audio and a company that actually cares about its customers, I highly recommend Insured Audio!

Insured audio is one of the best apps…
Insured audio is one of the best apps for footsteps on the market. Art is war isn’t good, rara isn’t good, Italian tweaked isn’t good. These devs are great. Make sure you have good headphones, but my experience is top notch a+ support and constant updates and footsteps are the best. TYSM IA!

Disappointed with the Product and Customer Service
I purchased this audio preset hoping it would improve my gaming audio. Unfortunately, shortly after purchasing it I realised I had mistaken it for a different product. I contacted the company, explained my mistake and asked whether a refund would be possible, but my request was declined immediately.
I then decided to try the product anyway, hoping it would still be worthwhile. After spending some time with it, I concluded that it simply wasn't for me and left an honest 1-star review based on my personal experience.
What disappointed me even more was the way the company responded afterwards. Instead of professionally addressing my feedback, I received an email thanking me for my negative review and making personal comments about me.
Part of their response stated:
"You're also using cheap $30 headphones... we know you actually liked it... you just couldn't afford a good headset."
Whether or not I had previously mentioned my equipment during a support conversation, I found this response to be unprofessional and dismissive. It focused on making assumptions about me rather than responding to the concerns I had raised about the product itself.
I also noticed that I couldn't find my review displayed on their website. I can't say why that is, but it made it difficult for me to verify whether my review was publicly visible.
Everyone's experience may be different, but based on my own experience, I cannot recommend this product or the way customer feedback is handled.
