Pretty bad
Pretty bad. I always held the belief that insurance companies and brokers are scam artists, but Insure to Study takes the cake. They market themselves as comprehensive and as covering pre-existing conditions, only for this to... not be true? Steer clear from them, pursue AON instead if you can. They make bold claims and falsely market themselves as covering pre-existing conditions, only to stiff you when you genuinely have any need beyond a basic, general appointment. Terrible customer service who seem unaware of what the insurance covers, only for a director to come out and make false accusations and lie. Find any other insurance provider, or don't spring for Master + because in reality, its probably better to save your money. Terrible company.
