Graham from Integral visited me on 17th October, and we discussed possible solutions for both solar and battery solution. He then presented me with a quotation which I was happy with, and we arranged a delivery date just three weeks later.

He said that :
Scaffolding would be put up the day before the installation, and then taken down the next working day after the installation.
The kit would arrive on the day of the installation, ready for when the team arrived.

Here’s what happened :
Thursday 6th November, scaffolding arrived.

Friday 7th November, Graham arrived at 7:45, the kit was delivered for 8:10 and the team arrived for 8:30. Each of the lads introduced themselves to me, all were very friendly. The lads worked hard all day, never even stopped for lunch and they tidied up after themselves.

Over the weekend, the solar was giving some sporadic results, I dropped Graham a message on the Saturday, and within minutes he was on the phone (he could see exactly what I could see in the app). He then postponed the removal of the scaffolding for Monday just in case there was an issue with the panels, and arranged for one of his engineers to review the installation, he also requested support from Hanchu to verify their equipment. It was soon sorted, and the very next morning, the scaffolding was taken down.

All in all, a great customer experience from all of the teams involved.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Integral Solar

First of all, I agree with the reviewer’s assessment that Graham didn’t make a big sales push; instead, he provided us with solid knowledge and facts. We’re so glad we chose Integral Solar Solutions for our solar PV and battery installation. From our initial call with Graham, his knowledge and professionalism were evident. This professionalism was reflected in his team of scaffolders, who quickly erected and dismantled the scaffolding, and in his team of installers, who were friendly and efficient. Both teams arrived on time and promptly began their tasks. Follow-up messages with Graham and Terri were also friendly, and they’ve been more than happy to answer any questions we’ve had. We highly recommend Integral Solar Solutions to anyone.

Only started our solar search in the beginning of October when Graham came to visit, he spent a couple of hours putting a design together. His knowledge and explanation on our proposed plan was superb, along with his no pressure approach attitude. We said yes straight away and our solar system was fitted on the 15/10/25, everything went to plan because the lads Harry, Brendon & Ruben we’re brilliant. Scaffolding went up Tuesday - solar Wednesday and scaffolding down Thursday. We are now the happy owners of 16 panels which are saving our energy demands from the get go. I will be recommending Integral Solar Solutions to anyone who wants to start the same journey to become Green and self sufficient. Also one last thank you to Terri in the office who was charming when we spoke

From start to finish, we could not ask for a better service. Graham came out and looked at the property, orientation, asked questions on our current and possible future usage and advised on best solution. There was no over-selling, or outlandish promises, just straight talking, real world estimations. The install was swift; scaffolders did their bit on the Monday, Installers on the Tuesday and Scaffolding back down on the Wednesday. Installers were prompt, polite and tidied up. They went through the set up, along with phone and PC access to live data. Terri followed up in the evening to make sure we were happy. Graham rang the next day to follow up and suggest on a couple of setting changes to benefit how we charge our EV's overnight. 10/10 cant fault them.

Graham and the whole team at Integral were brilliant from start to finish. No nonsense approach all the way through - no pressure to accept the quote (unlike a lot of the bigger companies that call 10x a day and offer "1 day only, take it or leave it prices"), with clear facts and information provided, pulled from years of experience. The installation was seamless - the guys were polite, cracked on with the work, and commissioned and explained the whole system before leaving. Really happy with the end results. We're 100 miles away in the Midlands, but didn't feel any different to if we were 2 miles away - Graham conducted an on site survey ahead of the work to reassure us, and is always easy to reach for any post installation queries or tweaks. A top company.

Graham was brilliant as he explained everything perfectly and he was available if we had questions at every stage. Absolutely brilliant staff who completed the installation everyone was polite and professional. It was a real pleasure to have them working at my home today. Tbh don’t waste your time like I did getting lots of different quotes. Just invite Graham around as I’m sure his price won’t be beaten and the standard of his work is second to none. One very very happy customer.

We went through 5 different solar companies before making a decision to go with Integral.

Graham popped over and designed the system with us, he then left us with it and told us to let him know if we had any more questions (no hard sell!). Scaffolding was up, Integral installed the system and scaffolding was down the next day... Very quick and efficient! I wouldn't have any issues recommending Integral to others.

So far our system has been great, it generates enough for our house usage and to charge the battery for night time use. We've even had neighbors compliment the look of the system. Terri has also been great with sending over the paperwork (once it's been completed and signed off by the DNO and MCS).

Super company to deal with from the initial quotation from Graham who was very informative, things I hadn’t thought of during my research , like have a compatible system to allow for the feed in tariff . I wanted the wires hidden and neat and the guys did an excellent job , neat , on time , all very professional. The system works brilliantly and that should be the end of my electric bill . I would highly recommend Integral Solar .

My experience with Integral has been exceptional. Graham came out and designed a system for my needs and usage. He is an intelligent guy who knows what he is talking about and will guide you through what is required to meet your goals. I wanted the most energy I could get and his system was not only better than other quotes but cheaper also. On Monday scaffold went up, didn't need to be in for it but I was off anyway. The 3 guys were on time, polite and fast. Only took a few hours. They left no mess and anything they moved was put back when they took it down on Wednesday. From a scaffolding point of view they were excellent. The install went in on Tuesday. They said I could have the invertor & battery wherever I wanted, out of site or on the outside wall by the mains. I considered out of site but I like this sort of thing so asked for it to be visible. They tidied up as they went and after it was complete to make sure no rubbish left behind. It took the about 5-6 hrs to install 18 panels, invertor and battery and help me set up the app and calibrate the system. the also dealt with informing the DNO so I can get a feed-in tariff. I have asked Graham a few questions since it was installed and he has been quick to reply and advise. All in all I am very happy and as such would recommend Integral Solar to anyone who asks.

Brilliant company to deal with. They fitted 20 solar panels on our awkward shaped roof. We are generating loads of electric now and able to sell the spare back to the grid.
The work was done in 1 day and the scaffolding was down quickly. They even removed a plant that was growing out of the gutter for us.
The app to see the energy generation and usage is great and it's linking up well with the electricity supplier now.

First class service right from the start, scaffold erected on the day programmed, installation the following day. Day after scaffold was removed. Clean, tidy and professional each and every person on the Team. We had panels on 3 elevations. Could not be happier with the installation. Thanks, great work

Highly recommend this company.
Due to heat pump being fitted needed an extra battery and upgrade wiring more amps needed i asked 3 in total and graham was the only one that really offered a good solution that really worked joining 2 inverters together couple of issues all software but we’re all sorted within 24 hrs graham wouldn’t take payment until all working smoothly. That in my book makes a very pleasant change in this day and age.
Also a shout out for Dan who was in my loft wiring it all up in that terrible heat wave we had.

Graham and the team were brilliant, start to finish, great price, fully explained everything, all fitted and done in one day (scaffold up day before and down following day), without elec for about 5 minutes in total which was amazing when working from home - couldn’t recommend them enough.
