I have worked with Henry over 6 months in order to help me feel stronger on the pitch when playing with National League adults, as it’s a big step up physically from junior hockey. It’s really helped me to feel strong on and off the ball and has also transferred over into helping my speed. I now feel that I can compete confidently with adults.

Henry’s fast track hockey program helped me to recover from a year out from injury. In 3 months, Henry’s coaching got me back to full fitness and ready for the hockey season. Many of the players and coaches in my team mentioned that it was like I had never been injured at all.

Henry has been a great help with ALC post surgery and was there to deal with my fears in getting into active once again and helped to begin my recovery with exercises which I healed remarkably 3 months after I returned into my hobby- agility with dogs that I thought I’d never been able to participate in a strong position so soon and built my confidence.

I started working with henry to improve hockey fitness. He was motivating and exceptionally good helping me achieve my fitness goals ahead of the TA cup. Working with henry makes everything you need accessible and it was worth every penny.

Working with Henry at Intergrate Sports has been a pleasure, The players have benefited immensely from his expertise and hockey specific programme. He has been very accommodating and flexible with a large group of 65 players. The app and online sessions have been well received. Would recommend him and Intergrate to anyone or team/group who want to take their hockey conditioning seriously.

I have got so much out of working with Henry so far, the sessions are tailored perfectly to my needs. I had a bad accident playing hockey and have been building strength in my back since. Henry is a great mentor and has built my confidence up and am now enjoying the gym and benefits of building core strength. Henry is a truly talented Strength and Conditioning Coach. He is also a really good human. His individualised programmes and peer team support systems are amongst the best on the market today. Whether you are looking to get stronger and fitter for your chosen sport (mine is hockey) or whether you are returning after injury, Henry will help you achieve your goals. Whether you are young, old, male, female, beginner, competitive or elite, Henry really can help you be the best you can be!

When I started working with Henry I had a very specific goal in mind, and a lot of work to do! With a lot of challenges around time, work, family and other commitments, its really been important to have the support of Henry and the course to keep me focused. I have really enjoyed the integrate sports experience, and its been really key in improving my fitness. I am in a much better place and condition than when I started. The knowledge from the course material and and specific nature of the training has been really important to me.

If you are motivated, and want to be part of a fun and social community of like minded people, I would recommend it, no matter your age or level.

Working with Integrate Sports has been fantastic and I would highly recommend to any hockey players looking to increase their physically abilities and step up to the next level. Henry’s ability to tailor sessions so they are specific to your needs and abilities is second to none and he also makes sure your training programme is relevant for where you are at in your season and any upcoming competitions you are preparing for. Through working with Henry, my 10 PL time increased by 20s and my 16PL by 36s. Would highly recommend :)

Their support has been truly invaluable to me so far! After tearing my ACL in November I have worked with Henry to get me ready for my surgery, gaining strength back and working other areas so I was in the best shape possible to recover. Post surgery I am fully supported and have total trust in the programmes and the process to get me back to hockey. I literally couldn’t to this without them! If you are recovering from injury, this is the perfect programme, I only wish I had worked with them prior to mine….you never know, it might have prevented it! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Henry and I started working together in January of this year. We set a 3 month plan after doing a clear assessment process, where we identified I wanted to improve my overall hockey conditioning, and also become more robust to prevent some frustrating reinjury issues I had experienced over the last few years. Over this 3 month period, I worked through a robust strength and conditioning program with continued feedback and adjustments along the way. The programme had a lot of variety, and was enjoyable to follow the whole way through. After reassessment, I improved my conditioning test time by 30%! My strength numbers also drastically improved, allowing me to stay injury free and on the hockey field. I would highly recommend this programme for any motivated individual who wants to improve their hockey game, as its a lot of hard work, but damn does it payout!

My son Adam, spent nearly one year working with Henry and the Integrate Sports team from the age of 15. In that time, he diligently followed his weekly plan and the results were amazing. His complete physical attributes changed and he is now more than capable of training in a Mens National League Performance Squad. Probably the best thing about the Integrate Sports programme for a young athlete is that it can build really good habits around S&C that hopefully they will continue to build on throughout their careers. The Integrate Sports programme definitely puts young athletes on the right pathway, without over-stressing their bodies, and ensuring that they pay particular attention every week to all round S&C. Henry and the team are always on hand for support as and when needed. Highly recommended.

Henry is awesome. I came to him with the priority of keeping myself healthy and building a strong base from which to improve my fitness and on-pitch performance as i enter my 30’s. Through periods of injury, changes in access to fitness facilities, and intervals of travel where I had nothing but body weight and some bands, he has been able to adjust my programming to keep me active and keep me healthy and improving. Cannot speak highly enough of Henry as a coach.

I started working with Henry after years of frustration and lack of direction in my training. He has been amazing to work with and knowledgeable. He always stays in touch with you and updates the workouts depending on the situation. I am able to run significantly more since I started the program and am looking forward to achieving my goals with Henry.

I spoke to Henry following a difficult few seasons with ankle breaks and knee surgeries stopping me from ever playing consistently let alone being able to improve.

I worked with him over several months during pre season and as well as helping me back into good shape helped me increase my sprint speed and agility.

I could feel the results when I played, and team mates and spectators would also mention that I looked quicker and sharper despite recently turning 30!

More important than all of that, Henry helped me find a discipline and drive that’s enabled me to stay fit and injury free for the past 12 months and help take our side back to the national league!

The plans are easy to follow and personalised. The focus on good habits and consistency are so helpful and I would recommend to anyone!

Integrate sports has made me so much stronger! It has helped me tremendously throughout my sport. The workouts are so fun, and have helped me in staying strong on the ball and developing rotational strength.

The workouts are perfectly tailored towards my needs, and Coach Davies is very responsive and easy to communicate with. I am already seeing results and progress after a month, and my running form has improved quite a fit. I am feeling more confident lifting and feel that the workouts and exercises are focused to me, I am getting more done in less time.

My goal for the new season was to become stronger and faster and after 3 months of hard work with Henry and his team I achieved my goals. I'm completely different compared to last season thanks to them.

I went from a concussion and an illness which was 12 weeks out of exercise and weight (muscle) loss meaning I needed a well-considered plan to get back fit and ready for the season. Henry was great at finding out what I needed and him and Andrew provided ongoing support to build me up slowly and hold me accountable to sticking to the plan. I got back to full match fitness over our time working together and just after 3 months of working together I played a full match (eek!) which I didn't think would be possible at all for the 23/24 season. The nutrition consultation with Jane @ performance plate was also invaluable for building up my strength. The resources are like nothing I've seen in other plans. Unfortunately I had to stop the plan due to change in circumstance, but I would still be going now if I could! 10/10 would recommend for anyone wanting to get back to hockey after injury/illness and build a great mindset to perform better.

I’ve been working with integrate sports for a couple months now and found it benefiting my training and match play after only a few weeks in to the programme. The whole team are very accommodating and approachable and are always available to answer any questions you may have. The results are amazing and you reach milestones I didn’t even think I’d be able to reach any time soon. I would 100% recommended this as the training is suited around your lifestyle and the position you play.
