New Website Page
Luke and the team really helped us our with a new website page. It is exactly what we wanted and provides an interactive table for our users to play around with. The help was really quick and Luke was on hand to answer any questions we had. Really pleased with the final product!

Intelligent Golf Provides A Solution…
Intelligent Golf provides a software platform that is generally great for the members, offering a reliable experience overall despite feeling a little dated in certain areas. Functionally, it handles core operations well and gets the job done when you need it.
Whenever you encounter a hurdle, the service desk is prompt, positive, and remarkably effective at sorting things out.
To make the platform even better, it would be beneficial if they could provide a few more short help videos, particularly for those more complex areas or features that you only use infrequently. Having quick visual guides for those infrequent tasks would save a lot of guesswork and time determining how to do something.
Even with those minor layout quirks, it easily earns five stars because the team is continually looking to improve the product, and I am sure they will eventually get around to refining those missing bits

The support we received was excellent. The issue was picked up and resolved very quickly, well ahead of a busy Sunday morning. The quick response and efficient resolution made a real difference and gave us peace of mind going into a busy day.

After using IG for over 12 years
After using IG for over 12 years, I have consistently found both the platform and the support team to be extremely accommodating and responsive. Any queries or issues I have encountered have always been resolved quickly and professionally.
I would have no hesitation in recommending IG to any club considering a change of provider. The team is always on hand to help, whether over the phone or through their support ticket system, and the level of service has remained excellent throughout our long-standing relationship.

Telephone support service by Lee was first class, helped sort my issue and provide recommendations and improvements. Also advice on what other clubs do. He solved the first few then I was able to do the rest.

Good Customer Service Experience
I find customer service helpful and quick getting back with answers to problems. Ticket system works well and good to refer back to, and can see and monitor questions or problems our other users are having. It's also easy to ask for a call if necessary.
The system is good and very comprehensive.

IG is the best platform in the Industry
I have used IG for the last 8 years. The system is continually improving and overall, is the best system on the market for golf clubs. The integrations are useful and work well. The support team are extremely good and always very helpful. I would like to see an improvement to the reporting element, and in particualr, the EPOS element of IG could be brought more in-line with modern restaurants, but I am very pleased with the service we have received and recommend IG to any Club.

We do have occasional errors/glitches, which will often be fixed with urgency by the support team, who are always diligent in aiding us with any issues.
Lee has always been a great help when it comes to complex tasks which require an enormous amount of knowledge of how certain system elements interact with each other.
