I can’t recommend Josh enough. Knowledgeable and helpful. Procedure went well and I can hear again. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

From the booking process to the appointment is all very easy.
Margaret at Wolverhampton is very friendly and very good at her job of ear wax removal.
Parking is available, so no stress.
All in all an excellent service.

A very professional and painless experience
The lady carried out a full check of both ears before she explained everything that would happen during the ear wax removal.
The process wasn’t at all painful, yes the sound of suction that far in the ear is strange but no more than minor discomfort.
One of my ears was particularly bad and it was a relief to se what had been successfully removed.
Overall a fantastic experience from start to finish.

Booking was easy, hearing so much better.
Booking was easy and they had availability the current week so I didn’t have to wait. The consultant was friendly and put me at ease. The procedure was painless and quick. My hearing is now so much better.
