Spent a lot of money in good faith with them and 3 months later still waiting on a very expensive tap that should have taken 2 weeks to arrive. All comms have dried up with them and no longer responding to e-mails.
Now looks like the website (interiorshome.co.uk) has shut-down and e-mails are bouncing back.
Hope you don't get scammed the way that we seem to have been :-( !

Don't waste your money
Ordered of these guys online, delivery stated as 5-7 business days, 8 business days later and item wasn't even showing as shipped, firstly they wouldn't answer there phone so emailed them, got a reply to say the item was out of stock and would be another 4-5 days and confirmation would be sent shortly. No confirmation sent, then tried calling again and they said they would call me back later, suprise suprise no phone call. 5 days later still nothing and not picking up the phone or replying to emails. Have had reschedule the plumber 2 times now.
Wish I'd read these reviews first to avoid them
Never buy from Interiors Home Stores - they promise to inform you of a delivery date the week before, but they don't. When you can finally track someone down who replies, you expect to receive your order - but you don't. They tell you the day before you will have a full refund, because they can't deliver your order. But the refund comes in 2 parts after much chasing, with different times given. Shocking communications, and a total waste of time when I needed the worktops for a new kitchen fitted. They had 5 weeks notice to deliver them, but they couldn't manage it, and just caused a lot of stress.

Ordered on the 10th Feb, they then said they send a message on the 17th asking a question if i wanted the rad and valves the same colour (although i never received it) although it was meant to be delivered 7 days latest after ordering, then when i chased them on delivery on the 22nd they said it would be delivered wednesday or thursday, and this thursday when i attempted to call, the phone was disconnected and i emailed a few times, only then do i get a confirmation that its being sent albeit 16 days after order. I've emailed all asking for cancelation but have yet to get anything back.

I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I attempted to cancel my order and have experienced very poor communication throughout the process, with lengthy delays and no response to phone calls. Initially, I was informed that a 15% cancellation fee would be applied, despite the fact that I had not received the items and the company advertises full returns. I disputed this and requested a full refund.
After receiving no response for some time, a partial refund was eventually processed — but not for the full amount owed. When I raised this again, I was told they were "looking into it." Given the ongoing lack of communication and resolution, I have now escalated the matter through my credit card provider to recover the remaining balance.
Based on my experience with their customer service and refund handling, I would advise others to avoid the hassle of using this company.

i placed an order for worktop tops 17…
i placed an order for worktop tops 17 days ago and was informed my worktops will be delivered straight away. i have emailed numerous times, and eventually Jamie responded and said my order will be delivered this week. I have emailed again this week for an update, and no response to that or my phone call

The supply of worktops ordered and paid £5500 for on 16th August 2025. At the time of payment, we were advised that delivery would take approximately two weeks. Based on this, we scheduled delivery for 17th September 2025 (four weeks later).
Despite this, the goods were not delivered as agreed. We were subsequently required to collect part of the order from your address 3.5 hours away loss of a days work on 13th October 2025, and the remaining items were not received until 8pm on 16th October 2025. This represents a total delay of two months from the original payment date, which is entirely unacceptable and constitutes a breach of the agreed terms.

ALERT! Avoid unless you enjoy the run around
£2400 purchase and they Strung me along for 3 weeks with lots of contradictory and misleading promises.
Had to demand a refund which wasn’t actioned until I left negative review of my experience. No genuine apology. Made to feel that I was the problem despite lying to me that it had already been dispatched.
- suspicions raised when I hadn’t heard anything for a week after the purchase
- courier problem
- each response taking over 3 days
- It’ll be sent out this week
- it’s on its way
- No it’s out of stock for for 6 weeks
Then they have the same item listed
For immediate dispatch.
Really thought I’d been scammed and was about to contact police and bank. Thanks for wasting my time and holding onto a significant amount of money for 3 weeks with terrible communication

Thank you Jamie for making our worktop delivery happen against the odds. Despite a significant issue with the manufacturer who was predicting a significantly delayed date, Jamie made sure that our worktop arrived on time, negotiating with the supplier to make it happen. Despite a really stressful situation he also remained professional and courteous throughout. Much appreciated. Our worktop got installed today and it looks totally amazing.

We purchased 16 Aqua-boards on 15th…
We purchased 16 Aqua-boards on 15th September after being told that they had them in stock and could be delivered within 10 days. We were promised delivery the following week , the total cost was £3242 which is no small amount. Having waited in all day on the delivery date the boards didn’t arrive. This happened twice more after we emailed and phoned. Their excuse was to blame the delivery company. Eventually on the 10th October we were told that they couldn’t deliver them as the manufacturer didn’t make them anymore and they promised a refund. This delayed our builder adding to our costs. They deceived us about the delivery company , the date and the fact that they had them in stock. Fortunately I paid on Barclaycard so I can get this money for back . I find it hard to believe them . I would never ever trust this supplier again after the my experience. Dreadful.
