Great tool, use it for our virtual and hybrid events and presenters find it very easy to use without any explaining which is important during live events!

Auto renew.....
Works well.... but it has my credit card details, and it keeps auto renewing the subscription, nothing on the site to say how to stop this happening- really frustrating I wouldn't use it again

Glad to hear the tool works well Bernard! Just click cancel against your licenses anytime in your admin dashboard and you won't be charged again. Reach out to support and we'll happily refund any licenses that you haven't cancelled.
Makes clicking easy
Does what you'd expect with a bunch of great features for managing control over (and providing information to) presenters. Plugins and standalone versions means it'll work in most scenarios - with the plugins giving more options like speaker notes for the presenter to view.

Good app but needs to be more secure
A great app once its running but the feature of creating your own codes is a bit of a security issue.
We did a test with the code '1234' and immediately there was 50 presenters connected to my home machine. I assume this is the whole internet who used the same code.
A simple bit of text on the applications which reads "please keep this unique' or better yet, a button to generate a unique key would really help users be safe.

Awful experience. Doesn't work and frozen laptop.
When I first connected from the client to the host on windows I got presented with a super ugly interface like we are in the 90's and two input fields to enter codes.
I understood that the first was to enter my activation number from the site but couldn't figure out what the 2nd one was for. After a while I realised it is a 'whatever number you like' field. It threw me off a bit but never-mind.
Then I just connected through their domain with the 'whatever number' code and pressed my 1st click.
That was it; hell broke loose!
My laptop frozen and host application window started logging an infinite number of logs and while I had to restart and loose a few changes on unsaved opened documents that really got me angry!
Uninstalled and deleted it forever.
I would've given one star but I didn't want to ruin it for you guys, though, we are in the 20's... put some more effort while you are asking money for this rubbish.

Very straightforward
Very straightforward. Excellent invention. I gave it four stars, instead of five, because I felt the Pro version is too much more expensive than the basic version.
