In-Time was recommended to me as the only place in Cambridge able to offer a suitable, high-quality replacement watch strap. Fantastic choice and really great advice. Abdul and his colleague were both exceptionally helpful (and patient with me as I dithered over which strap to choose) and then made a thoroughly professional job of the repair, complete with much-appreciated guarantee. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The whole process was efficient and easy from start to finish. It wasn't a straightforward repair but In-Time kept me informed throughout. All communication with them, both by phone and email, was promptly handled and everyone was really helpful and friendly. I'm delighted with my re-vamped much-loved watch and I would absolutely recommend them.

When my Wife's wedding ring was mangled so badly I thought it would end up as scrap gold, In-Time took it and not only restored its shape, but expanded it in size, and cleaned it and it came back literally as good as new.

Well I ordered a simple replacement battery and my dial got blown in the pressure test, so the watch had to be sent back to TAG for a full service. So I waited over 10 weeks for it (more like 14 with postage). I would not be recommending this company for battery replacements which then end up being watch repairs, I suspect amateur staff.... I'm assuming the name "In Time" is ironic!!!!!

Excellent service very fast reliable reasonably priced

In-Time have been servicing my much loved old (Swiss) Tissot for years now and I thought that they may have lost their Cambridge base with the recent Debenhams closure.
Their new Grafton Centre Unit is a well run and managed business. My watch was serviced with a surprisingly quick turn around - including pressure testing - for a fraction of the cost of a high street jeweler.
My thanks to Abdul for his kindness - a pleasure to deal with someone who has both knowledge and skill as well as an obvious love of Horology.

Excellent service and speedy responses to questions

I have used this company for many years ,for mainly watch battery replacement/and odd repairs.But was amazed how the battery replacement has gone up from £24.95 to £44.95 ion just over a year.I was also told it would cost £205 to service my tissot mens watch.I sent them an email, and their response was to handle the questions by !BLOCKING ME FROM SENDING THEM ANY EMAILS. I always thought this was a good honest company until my recent visit this past week.

Took my solitaire ring to In-Time at Crystal Peaks to have a new (heavier) shank fitted, as mine was wearing thin.
I was served by Trish, who was 100% helpful, explaining what could be done. She liaised with Simon at the workshop on all the ideas we had discussed.
My ring came back this week & I am so pleased with it. Cannot praise them enough & a BIG THANK YOU TO TRISH, who, in my mind went the extra mile, always pleasant & polite.
We have had quite a few jewellery repairs done there & everything has always been spot-on. Would definetly recommend this Company. Also a big thank you to Simon for the good work he did for me.
