I’ve been working with Nikola for the past two months, and as someone who didn’t grow up in an English-speaking country, I’ve found the experience extremely helpful. Before starting the lessons, I wasn’t aware of the exact pronunciation of certain English sounds. During the initial assessment session, Nikola clearly identified the areas I needed to improve. After taking the lessons, I now better understand the differences between how I used to sound and how the sounds are actually supposed to be pronounced. I’m still working on some of the sounds we identified, but I already feel much more confident. I highly recommend Nikola.

I had a great time working with Nikola! It took me about six months to learn with him, and I can really see how much I’ve improved. Nikola usually does two assessments: one at the start and another before the final session. I’m happy to say I’ve made progress, achieving 72%. Now that I’m working as a crisis line counselor, not a single caller has mentioned my accent. I feel incredibly grateful for going through this accent reduction journey with Nikola.

Great tutor. I was tired of people pointing out my foreign accent and I decided to start taking accent reduction classes with him. He is excellently prepared. He gives you all the tools and attention that you need to improve your accent. Of course, you need to practice and do some work daily to improve, but, after working with him for 3 months, I am very satisfied with my progress.

I’m mind-blown by what Nikola has taught me about pronunciation. I’ve spoken English my entire life, only now realizing how it’s supposed to sound.

This was a very productive learning experience, Nikola gave me an assessment for the first class, since then, he knew exactly where I needed to be corrected and focused on one subject each class, making sure I grasped it. I had noticeable improvement after every class and was always looking forward to the next one. He finished within the sessions he told me at the beginning. I wish I would have worked with such a professional English teacher sooner.
