Very easy to order online and my products arrived a couple of days later. Great service!

Very happy with the service. I paid for a sleep study on the Wednesday, received the device on the Thursday, did the overnight test and by Friday afternoon got my results back. After a consultation on the Monday and making my mind the next day, I have just received the notification that my machine is out for delivery. So all in all it took 3 working days between getting my results and receive my equipment. Now to start the journey of better sleep.

Intus made the process simple.

Mixed feelings really. I found the test(s) were delivered quickly (next day) and the results were ready within one to two working days after the test.

I had been suffering with awful fatigue for a number of years. Various GPs didn’t know what was wrong with me. Until one said “sleep apnea?”. I was waiting for my nhs test and found Intus.

The first test came back “normal” no sleep apnea. After a few months of still feeling like crap, I ordered a second. This came back even lower and still “normal”.

After some months, I finally had my nhs sleep test at home. It was a stowood vsi and was an oximeter, recording box and nasal cannulas to measure my breathing.

It came back with an AHI of 15! I have since started cpap and feel normal again. My NHS Consultant said the WatchPat one has had various studies which compares its accuracy to the PSG Gold Standard. Unfortunately the milder the sleep apnea, the greater the inaccuracy or rather reliability of the test.

So while Intus were good (quick P&P and results) I would be hesitant to recommend the watch pat one which said on two occasions that I had no sleep apnea, when I did.

I would however recommend the company for cpap parts etc. as they seemed good from a customer service perspective when I ordered the tests.

I have severe obstructive sleep apnea. The NHS said it would take up to 3 months to even analyse my sleep test results, so we decided to try Intus. The day after the initial phone call, I received a sleep test, they analysed my results immediately, diagnosed me and sent out a CPAP machine, all this was within 1 week. Honestly, I'm extremely happy with the level of care and swiftness.

Intus despatched the device the same day. Fantastic service. Unfortunately dpd failed to deliver on the expected day and we had to wait in a second day. Not ideal for life saving equipment.

My order was not received. A replacement was sent straight away.
