Ich habe im Oktober letzten Jahres mit INVESTFEED angefangen zu arbeiten. Etwa 8000 Euro investiert. Gesamtbetrag für den Monat Mai 85.630 Euro. Ich wollte 10.000 Euro abheben, ich musste meine Zähne behandeln lassen. Die Antwort war, zahlen Sie 4500 € und bekommen Sie Ihr Geld. Nun, dann würde ich gerne das ganze Geld abheben, die Antwort war, dass ich auf den... gekommen bin. Für 10.000 Euro 4500 Euro und für 85.630 Euro rechnen Sie nach. Dieses Unternehmen hat keine Lizenz, kein Recht, an der Börse zu arbeiten und eine unregulierte Plattform. So bin ich dorthin gekommen. Jetzt weiß ich nicht was ich tun soll? So we got on a call. I spoke with two people both sounding very Slavic in terms of the accent. I spoke with Daniel Len first. He was a young and not very knowledgeable person. Everything was good at the start, however when I was about to invest I saw Russian RUB as a currency. They told me the company is based in Switzerland and that is why they don't need to be regulated by the FCA if they want to work with me, I'm a UK citizen, they need to be regulated by law. He had no idea how regulation worked so he kindly transfered the call to someone else. When the second person picked up they started talking on and on about a problem with my transaction. I kindly told them that there is no problem, however they continued speaking. I told them that is not my problem and that I am interested to find out the registration number they have with any real regulatory authority, cince according to the law they need to be regulated to be able to legally practice. When I confronted the agent he started yelling and swearing. Told me I am not serious and made a not so good attempt to seem witty then hung up the phone. Unreliable, unprofessional, extremely untrustworthy and to top it off illegally ran.
