Total fraud!!

Total fraud!!! Paid in advance for an investigation and information I received was not useful and not what I had asked for, so I asked for refund since the investigation was not carried out and it was denied. There is no support from investigation team. Totally unprofessional

The customer retained our agency to provide professional skip-tracing services. Following the completion of the research, the customer was provided with all information obtained during the investigation, including three addresses associated with the Person of Interest.

The customer subsequently asserted that the identified addresses were incorrect and alleged that the investigation had been conducted inadequately. However, no supporting evidence or verifiable information was provided to demonstrate that the addresses were inaccurate.

The customer’s dissatisfaction alone does not establish that the research was incomplete or improperly conducted. The information provided was based on the results available through the databases and investigative resources reviewed during the skip-tracing process.

It is particularly important to note that the customer never requested a refund at any stage. We have documented evidence confirming that no refund request was ever submitted by the customer.
