Disappointed after Having been a customer for years and…

Having been a customer for years and repeat purchaser, I was shocked about how dismissive the company was when they did NOT deliver the order I paid for. I ordered 2 products and paid for them separately. One product arrived in about 2 weeks. The other was shown as processing for nearly a month. After the 2nd month they claimed it was delivered with the first package. It was NOT. I went back and for with them explaining that I did not recieve the product and just wanted them to send the replacement. Instead I was told that they would not send a replacement or refund my money. Moreover, that I could file a police report. I have since disputed the charge with my bank and will be getting the refund that way. Also they have now lost a long time repeat customer. Maybe you should consider better service when your company did not fulfill its obligations. You refuse to make your mistake right and keep an approx $300 order but will lose that via the CC company and I will never work with this company again. And that was approx $2000 per year of orders. I guess it was worth it!

Please keep in mind that the pharmacies we work with do have a policy that allows patients to report any issues or missing items within 72 hours of delivery. Since this matter was brought to our attention well past the pharmacy's timeframe they are unable to replace your order directly.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service.
I was fortunate enough to have Angelo assist me with questions I had regarding an order. Not only was he timely, he made sure I had all the information I needed to where every matter was covered and all my questions were answered. I appreciate his efforts in helping me. Need more like him. Great asset to your team.

Will not order again

I ordered 12 week supply in June at a reduced rate through Groupon. It finally arrived at the very end of August. In June I received a package with alcohol wipes and syringes only. Filed an incident claim and it took months to finally receive. I will be reordering locally from now on.

I bought a Groupon to help with starter…

I bought a Groupon to help with starter costs, but when attempting to place Invigor order, the amount did not change plus there were added drug costs that were supposed to be included in the price. Was able to cancel the Groupon, thankfully, without proceeding with Invigor. Very confusing. Can see where someone could be mislead by it.
I would add that Groupon took care of me immediately, and confirmed it with me by email. Very helpful.
Will continue to use Groupon!!!

I needed help

I needed help trying to update my phone number and then log into my account. I contacted online support and was promptly replied to by Enzo.
Enzo was amazing as customer support. Went above and beyond to help me out very quickly. And was so nice in the process. Enzo is a very nice person and I if I need future assistance hopefully I will get Enzo again.

The customer service given to me by Enzo

The customer service given to me by Enzo was amazing. I had some issues with an order. He was able to resolve everything in a precise, professional manner. He kept me informed every step along the way and followed up with each and every question I had. All I can say is if you have any kind of issue, ASK FOR ENZO!

To many bots but CS is on point TY ENZO

I don’t like how many bots I had to go through before reaching an agent .. however the agent was very helpful and quick in getting my account back to where it should be and resolved all my issues
