Glad I bought it, but it tested my patience
I purchased before reading any Trustpilot reviews — and for once, I’m actually glad I did. I found this company on Google while searching for protection for my Omega Speedmasters.
The delivery was quite delayed. The site said “up to two weeks,” but mine arrived after three. I messaged the team on Instagram during week two — they read it but never replied, which wasn’t great. However, when I emailed support in week three, they responded the same day. So if you need help, skip social media and go straight to email support.
As for the product itself, it’s decent. There’s a QR code that takes you to a short Instagram video explaining how to apply the film in basic terms. It’s not a full tutorial, though, and you’re mostly left to figure things out yourself. The flat sections — clasp, sides, face — go on easily, but anything with curves is a pain to fit properly. I only managed to protect about a quarter of the watch in the end, though to be fair, I mainly wanted protection for the clasp and glass anyway.
It’s a nice touch that they include spare pieces, which allowed me to cover both watches. Still, a proper tutorial showing how to handle curved sections and a pair of gloves in the kit would make the experience far better.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but not great either. The product seems fine so far — time will tell if it stays clear, doesn’t yellow, and keeps the metal safe. Despite the hiccups, I’d still consider ordering again if they improved their tutorials and delivery times.
