I purchased the ultra sonic red light therapy and the exclusive collection pro at one of their stores in Westfield shopping centre. Olivia was very helpful explaining the benefits of the product and how life changing it will be. I suffer with sciatica and osteoarthritis for 4 years. I was hesitant about the pain relief as i have tried many different treatments, however these devices have changed my life within the first use. Ive been using the Ions therapy products now for 1 month and i have see permanent results which shocked me. I couldn't walk up the stairs without taking one step at a time, since using the slippers that come in the box i can finally walk up the stairs like normal, using both legs without any problems. Olivia spend 45 minutes with me at the shop showing and teaching me about the devices that would be best suited for my condition. The aftercare service has also been absolutely fantastic. She had been checking in and explaining all the different ways i can use my device as it’s a versatile product. I would recommend this product to anyone who is suffering with chronic pain because it really has changed my life. Thank you to Olivia and the team !!

I was convinced that this was something new and groundbreaking that I would never have to see a professional ever again for any sort of massage/treatment, however, I was then sold the device and the slippers and the band for the stomach all together for £220 (which is incredibly discounted compared to the selling price) so I feel most people get exploited out of high-ticket prices and then when I opened the device at home I kept receiving electric shocks in my hands holding the device, changing the settings, the wires felt static as well and then I couldn't get the same effect or experience I had with the Professional in store/kiosk - even though I selected the same setting and the same placement of stickers as they demonstrated.

so I came to return it and I had only opened cellophane for the handheld device (I did not open the cellophane of the box of slippers or the band ) and they said due to me opening the box of the device they taken £56 off of my refund which is unheard of in any shop !
especially when the products is faulty the girl "tested" the products when I was returning it and pretended it wasn't faulty - she did not you know use the stickers or anything she just turned on and said "this is fine" and frowned at me as if I was lying about the product being faulty and getting electric shock in my hands.

so I'm only being refunded £176 which is very upsetting, as I explained when I was purchasing that I'm not really in a position to be investing in things but I am desparate for chronic pain relief, because I live on disability benefits ands I'm unemployed for 2 years due to my disability and this was sold to me as life-changing, gonna fix me and it just won't in reality.

I also contacted the mobile number given to me before returning the product, saying that I was having this experience and my response was come in and get exchanged -- context: I post WhatsApp updates and stories for my family because I live away from them , and the guy - the seller - just keeps watching and stalking my WhatsApp updates which is unprofessional and strange!

In hindsight, not only I should not have purchased, but I should have listed my kit on Ebay and say "only use while wearing rubber gloves" I probably would have made a profit!!!

I’ve been using Ions therapy products for quite some time now, and I can say from real experience they are absolutely genuine and worth every penny. The quality of the products and results are on another level compared to the usual cheap devices you find online.

What really stands out is how much attention they put into technology, materials, and long-term reliability by offering lifetime warranty.

I’ve seen a questionable review here, but as someone who has actually used and purchased from them multiple times, I can confidently say they're legit, professional, and delivers exactly what it promises.

Scam. Charge £350 for a tens machine. Marketing it as the “latest” technology. Save your money. Go and buy one off Amazon for a fraction of the price.
