Popped in to get a second opinion as why my old, iPhone wasn’t charging. Was it the charger or the phone as the previous shop had said? Stevie cleaned the charging port free of charge and suddenly I don’t have to buy a new phone! That’s saved me several hundred quid. Thanks Stevie!

Good job
I had an old MacBook Pro that was overheating. Tom the technician was able to give it a good clean out and re-apply the thermal paste and now it's running much cooler. Not an easy job disassembling that model and I thought the price was very reasonable and the service was quick. Would recommend iPhix.

Cheap Fast Repairs right on your doorstep! wow!
Looked these guys up online as was looking someone local to fix my son's PS5 asap. Brought it into their Lisburn branch and got the manager Zak. He was brilliant. Was expecting a turn around of a few days or so but was called back within the hour with the fault found, gave the go ahead to repair and got a call back within another hour that it was ready to collect. Wow that was fast lol.
All in all from entry to collection a couple of hours. Paid £100 to get a new PSU installed (this part is more than half that cost online btw), and 5 star service in installing. Even got a console dust cleaning and 6 month warranty to boot on the part which I wasn't expecting. All in all a service I was more than amazed to see on the High St these days. Very fine work lads!
Would happily recommend to anyone who needs this kind of service in and around Belfast or Lisburn area. You won't be let down. These guys know their stuff. :)

Brought iPhone 11 in today black screen which had got fixed 2 months ago by someone else and they put cheap screen on it fixed it in 10 mins and explained everything to me and have warranty on it thanks so much iphix will definitely be back again

Google Pixel 7A Battery Replacement/Repair
My Google Pixel 7A's battery was failing so I went to iPhix to see if it could be replaced. I was greeted by Shane who explained that they could indeed replace the failing battery in my Google Pixel 7A, but explaned that due to the all glass screen (no plastic behind the screen) there was a slim risk of damaging it. I agreed to the repair and in under 2 hours (was told it was a busy day) the repair was completed succesfully. My phone now charges much faster and retains its charge! I am very satisfied with their work on my phone.

New Battery for iPhone XS
I arrived at iPhix Belfast branch today at about 3pm and was greeted by Joe.I told him my iPhone Xs battery wasn't holding a charge for long and that I needed a new battery.
Joe checked the phone and told me that it would take about 30mins,would cost £59.99 and had a 6 month warrenty.
I agreed to this and went off for a coffee.
30 mins later I collected the phone with it's new battery,paid Joe and left a satisfied customer.
I will be recommending iPhix to my friends.

PS the local Apple Store do not keep batteries for XS as it is now considered obsolete.Lucky iPhix is there to do the job

They spend time and explain your options, the wait is worth it.
My experience is with their Lisburn branch.
I telephoned them and explained my problem, they asked me to come in to have a look at my phone, assuring me it could be fixed. There was only two persons working that afternoon, and one was spending time looking and quoting for parts to a potential customer on the telephone, I was impressed by how much time and free information the staff member was willing to provide to this maybe customer.
I had to wait some minutes, there were a few people ahead of me, my problem was quickly identified and it was fixed on the spot, turned out it was simple, and they didn't charge me, but offered options and even suggested were I could get a good quality accessory etc. which I had asked about. Did I mention they didn't charge me for their 10 minutes of advice and help!
I noticed when I left, there were several people waiting to be seen, now I understand why they are so popular (and a little difficult to get through on the phone).
If I have any more problems with my phone, etc. I will definitely use them.

Excellent service at I phix Lisburn
I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt that the service I received at the I Phix Lisburn store deserved one. I had nothing but a 100% professional and courteous service from Zak. Following an accident with my iPhone he replaced the broken screen and also replaced the camera as it was also damaged in the accident. The quick turnaround times (30 mins) were a great help and all at a fair price. I will certainly recommend Zac and his team at the Lisburn store for anyone needing their devices fixed. Thanks. Barry
