公告でIQテストを受けて190円で体験した所１９９０円の請求もその体験サービスには含まれており非常に分かりづらい請求システムになっているため公告から体験するのをオススメしないです。返金リスエストも却下されたので気を付けて下さい。

IQ Boosterの会社について、返金を要求したところ、paypayの支払いには、IQ Boosterと書かれているにも関わらず、MYIQの会社の支払いであると言い、返金を要求してもお金を返してくれません。4月13日のpaypayの取引履歴を見ると、MYIQからは、返金をして頂きました。IQ Boosterの性格診断は、gmailで送られ来たので、1度だけ、診断を行いましたが、その後は、1度も診断を受けていません。
この会社からのメールも診断後は、1度も無くメールが無く、支払いだけされていて、おかしいと思います。4月13日にメールで返金を要求すると、返信があり、代替メールアドレスは、あるかとか、支払い方法や、クレジットカードの下4桁の番号や、支払いを証明出来るスクリーンショットをメールで、送りました。
私は、これで返金出来るかと思いきや、このスクリーンショットは、MYIQの支払いだと書いてありました。おかしいです。
精神的に苦痛を強いられました。
慰謝料要求したいです。

I am writing this to warn everyone: do not give this company your payment details. They employ unethical "dark patterns" to trick users into subscriptions they never knowingly agreed to.
​I paid a small, one-off fee of €5.00 for a certificate, only to find that they had used my credit card information to automatically enroll me in a hidden, recurring monthly subscription of €29.99. These terms were intentionally buried at the bottom of an email and were never clearly presented during the checkout process.
​The most disgusting part is their customer service. When I confronted them about this unauthorized charge, they flat-out refused to issue a refund. This is not a legitimate business practice; it is a calculated trap designed to siphon money from unsuspecting customers. It is dishonest, predatory, and a total violation of consumer rights.
​The only thing "intelligent" about their IQ test is the way they have engineered this scam. Stay far away and save your money. I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank and am reporting them to the relevant consumer protection authorities.

IQBooster is a scam. I took their test and paid. Did not subscribe but they subscribed me anyway. I cannot find how to cancel this subscription. Help!

Vorsicht, Abofalle. Es wird suggeriert, dass der Abruf der Testergebnisse 4,95€ kostet. Im Weiteren wird auf einen kostenlosen Testzeitraum hingewiesen, im "Kleingedruckten" sind es dann 9,95€. Wohlgemerkt NUR der Testzeitraum, der so viel kosten soll und angeblich kostenlos ist. Kündigt man nicht, hat man ein Abo mit 29,95€ jeden Monat. Unseriös und Betrug!

Scam, watch out for subscriptions automatically been activated. Stay away!

Stay away from IQbooster. They will chatlrge you for a subscription plan without you agreeing on anything.

I took an IQ test with them and paid for it; I didn't subscribe to anything. Seven days later, they were charging me for a subscription that I neither signed up for nor wanted.
