I ordered a WIRELESS GAMING Headphone set as a Christmas gift. Received email communication confirming order. A further communication confirming despatch and completion of order.... delivered through An Post. All good so far. However, item received was NOT what was ordered. It was a generic WIRED headphone set. I duly contacted Seller on immediate receipt but no response was forthcoming. I continued to try and contact Seller but there was no response. I had paid through PAYPAL . I finally communicated with Seller that I would open a dispute through them in order to seek a refund should the Seller not engage. Within minutes I received an email message from Seller requesting photos of the item I received. I did so and sent them on directly. Days later still not reply. I opened up a dispute with PAYPAL. The Seller did not engage and refunded a partial payment of €5 and told me to keep the unwanted item they sent. I have declined same and this is still ongoing through PAYPAL...who by the way have changed their site and are hard to contact to ESCALATE this claim. However, I will presist. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. NOT HONEST. NOT RELIABLE.
