I started working with IDJ just before Covid started and I only came back to it for the money. they started me on €16 per hour which was huge for me at the time as not many dental nurses with years of experience get that. Within less than 2 months I was on €18 per hour!! I had also asked to stop tempting and get a full time role in dental nursing . Marguerite was able to get me a nice practice , close to my area and with a great pay to work there full time. I’m also so got the opportunity to travel with some of the Irish dental team on an all paid trip to Portugal for a few days !!! I honestly had the best time. Irish dental Job is a great agency to join because they value your worth and will stop at nothing to give it to you.

Found the service caring and helpful generally. Seemed to understand the difficulties if you need temp staff suddenly with little notice . Generally had a good experience with responsible people with correct attitude being supplied
