They sent the wrong product which did not work and refused a full refund. After several emails they would only offer 50% refund or I would have to wait until the item was delivered to china. Their quibble free returns really did not work. Really poor company to deal with, do not trust them

If I could write a review that was less than one star this would be it.
Don't order the "FOREVER FRESH FERN" In any size, it is not as described, reported to uk trading standards.

Bought one of their products which claims to be a temporary skin tightener for puffy eye bags. Did nothing, bags under eyes looked the same after applying the product. Waste of money.

Stupidly, I ordered and paid for something from Isaberry over 2 weeks ago - nothing has arrived! Plenty of emails from the company - and everytime I try and track the package it just gives a location somewhere in China. This is a scam company. Do not make the same mistake I did. Avoid Isaberry.

Ordered a Boston artificial fern at the discounted price of £17.50 Communication was good. Unfortunately the fern that I received came as two thin ones and were a much brighter green and clearly looked artificial with blobs of glue visible at the joins, certainly not worth the money I paid for them. The ferns shown online were a darker, more natural fern colour and looked very realistic unlike the ones I received. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t order from this company again.

Avoid purchasing from this website - products look amazing on line but the reality is much different.

They have made it so difficult for me to get a refund on a £16 shirt - have offered me choosing another shirt in the right size and keeping the one that I want to return at no extra cost but the issue is not just that the shirt is too small it is also terrible quality. The material is very thin, button holes very badly finished and no washing instructions etc labels.
Then when I politely declined the offer they came back with a 50% off my next purchase voucher!
Having just read the small print the returns back to their China warehouse are at my cost despite it saying on their website that if they accept my request for a return then they will send me a returns label so I can return it to them!
Anyway my advice AVOID this company

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT Use this company. I Ordered the dentures they came with cheap plastic teeth little balls of plastic that you have to melt in hot and mould them round your gums and add the teeth don’t ask how as there are no instructions either. I demanded a refund which they refused until I told them I was going to write a bad review and see how I could possibly get their ads band so as good will they refunded the item and told me to keep them.

The product did not meet my expectations. I ordered two sets of the same items, but what was received matched the second image labelled 'Others' rather than the one displayed as 'Neslemy Premium Dentures.' I am disappointed with this discrepancy. What a rip-off!

Total Swizz avoid big time . Unless online platform owners start to take control nobody will use them to buy genuine items. Please avoid Isaberry

Total scam!
Firstly the ordered item took 16 days to arrive ( not like it states on the website 3-5 working days). Secondly my ordered item looked nothing like the pics and the promo videos. Incredibly cheap looking, clearly a scam. Avoid!

Poor quality, cheap nasty and very much less than size show on advert, nothing like picture!!! Ordered what was advertised as faux Fern "life like and quality: , none of those were true.

I would not recommend ordering from this website/company. they advertise as being in the UK based company but they are not, They are based in China. They do not have a customer service number or anyway of canceling the order, so you have to wait until you get the order then return it at your expense. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY OR ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN .
