Thank you for leaving your review. We are sorry that the order fulfillment process did not meet your expectations.

We would like to clarify that the order was placed in our Polish online store, where we only provide the expected delivery date, however, after placing the order, the Customer receives information that the order processing time is from 2 to 4 business days. In no case did you receive any information about the next day shipping guarantee.

The ordered computer was shipped on February 27, in line with the expected delivery date. Information about parcel tracking was automatically sent to the e-mail address provided in the order immediately after it was placed. If the message didn't arrive in your inbox, it may have ended up in your "Spam" or "Offers" folder.

We care about the highest standard of customer service, so we regret if our telephone contact did not meet your expectations. If you still have difficulty accessing order status information, please contact our customer service team directly by email.

Labas rytas,

Labai ačiū, kad palikote savo nuomonę. Pristatymo statuso duomenimis, sausio 13 d. 9:58 kurjeris bandė pristatyti siuntą, tačiau siunta nebuvo pristatyta dėl atsisakymo priimti siuntą.
