I have had no problems at all. I have brought a bag and some jewellery. I have very sensitive skin, but I have had no problems at all. I would recommend. Re the scam just check you statement and I use online banking so my phone tells me immediately if moneys gone in or out

This is a follow up to a recent review I left. Dhgate responded by asking for my order numbers Problem? They left no forwarding email or phone number where I could leave my information. I did my own search and found the dhgate email address online. I sent my order numbers. Email address was bogus. DO NOT ORDER FROM DHGATE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. THE ONLY PEOPLE THEY SEND THEIR MERCHANDISE TO ARE YOUTUBE REVIEWER'S. THEY USE THESE REVIEWER'S TO GAIN YOUR TRUST SO YOU'LL ORDER. IF YOU ARE NOT A REVIEWER OR AN INFLUENCER YOU'LL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I buy one bracelet on 23 December and come very fast on 30 December.For firts time some item from China come so fast

Scam website avoid. Order number 3383328763 ordered Xmas present trainers on November 12 for my 13 year old daughter. Original delivery was November 30. It has never arrived. Now saying February 2022! The seller is refusing to refund saying it’s shipped. Tracking says it’s still in China and not moved since 02/12. Customer service say I can’t dispute until after February 2022 and that it’s my fault for not paying for an expensive shipping company. Had never used this website before so would not have known. This is a scam. You don’t get a refund. Avoid this company

Got a phishing email from this company, claiming my account details were needed for an order I have not placed.

If you think an empathy reply to your review is going to be dealt with your wrong, all they say is what you know, a resolution has been decided for you and a reduced refund.
The goods were received faulty so should be a full refund!!!
A load of nonsense they do not want to resolve they want you to go away!!

Terrible was sent the wrong coloured bag than I ordered, I had to return to get a refund paid £21 postage now they won’t refund my postage even though it was agreed before sending!

I have never been disgusted with a company in all my life paid for jeans in may never got them got email from Dhgate to say i was given a false tracking code have been trying to get my money back all this time and all Dhgate keep saying is the seller hasnt enough funds in his acc to pay me back message seller and tell him to put the funds in his acc give it 48hrs for seller to message back, and yes he does and tells me the money is there for me but its not dhgate then says they will help well HELLO have been doing that for weeks and still no help from seller or Dhgate and yet the person is still selling through dhgate but no money to pay me back surprise surprise i would advise anybody not buy through this company only time i hear back is when i give them a bad review and then they say they well sort it but hey they never have

Not the worst fakes i have seen but service is shocking and delivery takes forever. They also do not accept responsibility for their mistakes or let you post negative reviews. Better buying off Del boy down the market!

Waited 2 months, nothing arrived.
Waste of time.

Purchased a large kids garden slide and pool for £90. The item I purchased was clearly advertised and I spent ages ensuring every detail. The item arrived 4 weeks early and all I received was the electric fan to blow up the pool/slide that they had not sent! I checked my order and I had ordered the pool/slide so used the incredibly difficult customer services portal to complain. This process involves the seller who in this instance flatly denied they'd done anything wrong and that I had only ordered the fan. I went back on to the DH Gate website and the item I ordered was no longer available despite 10,000 items being available 2 weeks ago. A new listing for the same item has been created with the item at 4 times the price. This is an obvious mistake by the seller or DH Gate on the original listing yet their way of dealing with this is to lie and defraud their customer. They even changed the image in "my orders" from the pool/slide to a yellow fan! Avoid this company at all costs, I wish I had.

Disputed the order as order was faulty mediated by DHGate they did not send me a notification email telling I had only one day to send more evidence
I am unwell with mental health and the seller sent faulty eyeglass chains
The ladies name was Zhuyuyng she should wear glasses if she cannot see the faults in 4 photos I am not happy to pay someone for faulty goods and be abused at the same time order number 3301648298 seller xxx2014 could this be escallated to highest complaints officer this seller should not be able to sell this goods on your site if he cannot send quality items I want your team to go into his lies

worst customer support ever, i bought a plain watch with working stopwatch, ref number 3307275125 a fake omega watch turned up with no stopwatch, not the same as pictures, yet i make a complaint as this watch cost around £30 with postage, and they agree with my pictures and video yet only offer me a $15 refund, saying if i sent it back it could get lost then i get nothing, absolutly disgraceful what they have done, this site is another chinese knock of site, like many others that dont deliver what they promise, 0 stars

Regarding my order number 3304969727 I have proven that DHgate absolutely do not care about the protection of people’s eyesight by allowing seller topsunglasses2019 to continue selling glasses which have absolutely no UV protection whatsoever. I have continuously provided evidence to them and they keep referring to a voucher which was supposed to be compensation. I understood this voucher was to get my money back but I discovered that I couldn’t redeem it unless I spent more money with DHgate. This was a totally misleading con which allows this seller to continue to sell dangerous goods.
DO NOT BUY FROM DHgate!!!
