Itagpro almost killed my cat! The battery disintegrated and the entire insides were Rusty after my cat just went to her water dish as she regularly does.
Omg! I put this on my 2-year-old cat and about 3 weeks later it stopped working. I had had trouble with the app it was very complicated to set up and I was totally frustrated with this smart tag already. But, her text stopped working not because the battery was dead but because every time she drank in her water dish, this itag pro went into the water dish and when I took it off to change the battery, which is what I thought was wrong with it, it was completely degraded and rusted and the battery was dissolving and this dissolving rusting thing was in the water and made my cat sick!
And you know what? I contacted this company I tag pro at least a dozen times and told them my what happened with this element and I wanted to refund etc and they said, get this, we have no record of your purchase. And when it came down to it, I realized that they had never actually sent me an order confirmation, an invoice. I simply got the type couple days later and I was happy. These guys are a huge scam. Be careful your cat doesn't get poisoned by this tag dipping into its water dish. The battery and other elements within are toxic toxic toxic!
