Mattia is a true master of making best Italian pizza and panettone. Unbeatable taste and quality!

Excellent gluten free pizza bases that are thoroughly authentic, with a rolled edge, crisp (but not biscuity) base and a good taste. They're a little on the expensive side for just a base, but gluten free never comes cheap. Lovely, friendly company, too. One thing that could be improved is the packaging, as the cardboard gets crumpled in transit.

What an amazing experience from start to finish with this company and in particular Mattia. Having lived in Italy for 15 years I miss an authentic, Italian pizza. In Italian Secret I have found that and it is so easy to put together. If you have children, so much fun!!! Everything arrived on time, beautifully packaged and the final result was exceptional.

A real-deal authentic pizza...from your own oven. The pizza from Mattia is absolutely amazing: when taken out of our "normal" oven it tasted as if it was baked in a stone oven in Italy. So delicious!
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience beyond ready made Waitrose stuff!

I first tried Mattia's pizzas a couple of years ago at a yoga+pizza event, with his fiancé (my yoga teacher) Gandha.

When we tried our first Italian Secret kit at home, I was telling my teen how Mattia has been trying to perfect his pizzas for years - but before I could even finish my sentence, she said "well he can stop trying!" She's right - there's nothing more to tweak, this is pizza perfetta!

I love sending pizza kits to friends - they make a great gift, and the gluten-free pizzas get rave reviews.

I’ve tried Mattia’s pizza multiple times and it never disappoints. The quality of the ingredients and attention to details is superb. It is a great pizza and it tastes amazing, plus is super fun creating and experimenting with the toppings.

Delicious pizza, really tasty and authentic ingredients and fun to make. What's important is that you can easily do it in your oven, you don't need any special pizza ovens. Instructions are on the QR codes and they are in the video format - easy to follow. You can also order some extra ingredients. Well packed for shipping with an ice pack and quality insulation. Internal packaging is biodegradable too which is great for the planet. It's amazing to have a taste of Italy delivered. Recommended!

These pizzas are so tasty and convenient. My daughter found it fun putting the toppings on to her exact requirements and commented that the mozzarella was delicious. For once all the pizza base was eaten even the crusts. I will definitely order from Italian Secret again.

The service was incredible, smooth delivery, and a great touch using recycled packaging. The pizza and ingredients are top-class, far better than a typical pizza delivery. It’s also a great opportunity to prepare a different kind of meal with friends or family. Highly recommended!

Not only are they so much fun to make and perfect for a date / family fun night, each ingredient just screams authentic Italian. Restaurant quality pizzas right in the comfort of your own home, chefs kiss. The dough was sensational and my husband loved all the meat toppings.
