Italycharme team and Moreno did an amazing job organising our trip in Italy, Sicily and Venice destinations. Everything was perfect, from the hotels selection, to transfers, drivers, guides, selected experiences. It was not included in our itinerary, bit team also suggested few amazing restaurants for lunch and dinners and ohhh it was pure perfection and Italian fiesta to eat at the suggested places. Really recommend italycharme for your trip in Italy ❤️

A Once-in-a-Lifetime Experience – Beyond Our Expectations

We booked our honeymoon with Italy Charme and I can honestly say it was the most thoughtfully curated and luxurious travel experience we've ever had. From our private villa in Tuscany to the behind-the-scenes vineyard tour in Piedmont, every detail was exceptional.

What really stood out was the level of personal attention — they took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and designed an itinerary that felt completely unique to us. We never felt like tourists; instead, we were welcomed like friends by expert local guides, artisans, and chefs. Every moment was seamless, intimate, and incredibly special.

Where do I start? We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Italy and we are so happy we booked with Moreno and his team. We contacted Moreno with our enquiry and we received a reply within a few hours. We scheduled a call and he asked us questions and was really interested in our trip. As we have been saving for a special anniversary trip, this trip really was important and special to us. After a few changes in the itinerary, which we didn't mind at all as we could see Moreno was trying to accommodate all our requests, we had our trip! Our drivers were always on time, sent us a message to let us know they were waiting for us and we never had to wait! Our guides spoke perfect English, were kind, listened to our questions and we even had a laugh. We weren't able to take our previously arranged boat tour from Sorrento to the Amalfi Coast due to the weather, but Moreno contacted us first thing in the morning and he offered a complete refund for the boat trip which we have already received, we've never had such a quick refund! During our stay we had the concierge team send us friendly reminders each day and Moreno also sent us a message to check everything was ok, we really appreciated the care and thoughts into everything, it felt as though we were visiting friends who had planned everything for us.
Our highlight was the winery tour in Tuscany, a semi private tour to accommodate our budget; there were only 6 in the mini van so it really did feel private and we had 3 tastings and lovely food too.
The hotel in Venice was a little further away from the main area, but I guess that was due to our budget too, but it was actually nice to be in a quieter area away from the big crowds. 
Thank you so much Moreno and the team, we had our special holiday and we can't thank you enough!

Our driver for our stay in Bologna was Marco and he was extremely helpful and professional. Our first guide was Michele in Florence and it was a walking tour. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, and spoke very fluent English. There was a misunderstanding about how long the tour was and we didn't get to see the original David, but Moreno was able to get us booked for the next day. In Rome our guide to the Vatican and Sistine chapel was Rich and he's lived in Italy for 26 years and has advanced degrees in theology and art history, his insights and knowledge about the art made the tour so interesting.
Our final tour was of Pompeii and Vesuvius with Andrea. It was a small group and she was so interesting and nice it really helped love the site even more.

The hotels were perfectly located; trains were always first class and modern; drivers were always on time and friendly and we felt safe; food was splendid;

Thank you Moreno for planning and taking care of our trip, you really did think of everything and we will remember your guides for a long time.

Moreno, the lead here is unprofessionalism at a level I have not experienced in 30 years of dealing with suppliers, bookers, hosts or agencies. Not only does his contract have holes in it, to the degree I had to rewrite it and write my invoices myself, but also he sends angry, disrespectful, awful messages, and I had to repeatedly tell him to stop speaking so rudely and then to not contact me any more. He cares about only money, not about service, and he tells you that he cares about money over and over and over again.

I would suggest any property to seriously consider taking over their own listings on the group sites and remove any connection with him. He will lose you business. :(
