Very bad customer service

Very Disappointed and Pathetic company, Live tracking is not accurate. I launched multiple times complaints but still facing the same issue..

Pathetic Service! I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company save yourself the frustration and go with a trusted provider instead.

Pathetic service. Tracker not working since 15 days. No response despite calling email and contact through what’s app.

The are doing fraud with showroom and all the member they just cut the people as they want, firstly they charges 35000 thausand for Installation of this Itchnologi tracker, after all they are charging different prices from all over pakistani people they are charging 11000, 11500 12000 and 14000, customer service is bad they talk like strangers, when the time to pay the tracker fee they will call you again and again when you need help they will not pick your call and they will respond you as well

really poor service , poor customer support

Bad experience with this company. The first day after installation, the car did not start and when we called our own mechanic he said the person who installed the tracker device, did some wrong wiring due to which the car was not starting. After many hours another technician came to reinstall it. Rude staff, delayed helpline response in emergency, technicall issues. Not reccomended at all.

I would not hesitate to award Itecknologi as the best technology company in Pakistan title. Itecknologi's customer services and overall process not only satisfied me but delighted me. Throughout the process the staff was really coperative and supportive. Everyone must give it a try if you are looking for a trusted vehicle tracking or transportation solutions for your business.
