I decided to contact Omar Faruque for a quotation as I saw his earnest and constructive responses in the Elementor support group. I am really glad I did as he had been incredibly professional throughout the redesign process. Prior to the commencement of the project, we had a discussion and he requested from me the necessary details to help give him a better idea of what I was looking for in the redesign. He proceeded to do the redesign and assured me that any changes would be made if the design didn’t meet my expectation.
When I saw the redesigned site, I was really pleased that he understood my requirements. Omar had also been very patient in explaining to me some technicalities queries and concerns I had for site migration, plugins, DNS server, etc. and also made valuable suggestions on how to improve on the security and speed of my site. Upon completion of the redesign, he performed site optimisation and handled all the site migration for me. He is very knowledgeable with regards to using Elementor page builder and CSS, and one could tell he is really passionate about web design and development.
He was also willing to go the extra mile in helping me with any queries and resolve any web-related matters I had even after the completion of the redesign. I have also decided to retain him for website maintenance service and will definitely hire him again for other future projects. In addition to his professionalism and experience, his services are also reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for web design services!
