We did the kayaking around Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi and it was brilliant. Our guide was very good and the location was lovely. Great way to spend a Saturday morning.

My wife and I did the Pottery experience and had a blast. The booking process from Ithara.ae was smooth. Their staff are friendly and prompt. All required details were provided and the follow up messages are a nice touch!

The experience itself was better than expected. Friendly and patient staff who expertly guided us through the process.

Would definitely recommend this to other couples.

Sadly disappointing - My partner and I did the SkyHigh Afternoon Tea for Two at At.Mosphere, Burj Khalifa and It was a disppointing experience. We arrived at the venue and there was not host, and we stood around for about 5-10 minutes in the lounge with several members of staff walking past and no one acknowledged us. We eventually got seated and waited 15 minutes before anyone brought us water. We had to ask for a drinks menu and then waited 45 minutes for food. I sent them an email prior to the day with dietary requirements, which they acknowledged. I confirmed with them and they had no knowledge of this and this made us wait longer for food. The food was nice enough, but did not wow me. We waited a long time for drinks to arrive every time we ordered. We felt very dismissed, especially watching other tables around get better service. I expected a lot better from a prestigious place like Atmosphere.
Ithara on the other hand were very helpful, polite and responsive. I cannot recommend them enough.

This was my first time ordering from Ithara.ae and I must say it was the most easy, and wonderful experience I had. The web site is easy to browse and the choices of gift cards/vouchers is extremely diverse and flexible. I must thank the team, especially Ms. Nazifa who offered me a free upgrade and sent me the free Delievery with the beautiful packaging and within no time of me placing the order. Keep up the good work team! I am sure I will be ordering regularly from Ithara.ae :)

Not the value for money, though massage is fine

The experience was good and the view was amazing. The food although was not all that great. I mean it could have been better.

This experience was truly amazing the room was beautiful and magical for me to start art again. My daughter absolutely loved it and she learned so much.

For my friends 50th we wanted to do something very special- however when her husband took care of the weekend break that was planned it had to be a thank you to him and a treat for her! Knowing both soon to travel I managed to find SkyHigh Afternoon Tea for Two at At.Mosphere, Burj Khalifa.
With voucher obtained and afternoon tea booked by them we awaited the photos. To be honest they both gushed at how wonderful the experience and the fantastic service that they received. The food and drinks wonderful and how wonderful not rushed at all. Thank you so much for looking after our good friends. Sometimes a worry when getting a gift like this to which you have not experienced but from purchase to speaking with my friend after there experience I would do it again. Thank you.

I went kayaking with Ithara and loved the experience! It was very reasonably priced, was a nice weekend activity/workout and on top I got to meet a few interesting people and make new connections
