Buona qualità e bello il design. Le due stelle sono gli acquisti dal sito. Pagamento di 9.90 per il reso, avendo già pagato le spese di spedizione, non si sentiva dai tempi dei primi acquisti online. Soprattutto non da un brand che si colloca in posizione medio alta. Pessima attenzione al cliente e pessima figura, non acquisterò dal sito mai più.

I bought the Klapp high chair back in June with the KAOS team promising on their social media pages the tray would be released in the August 2021. The highchair is sturdy, stylish and very good quality. That being said, there is still no sign of the tray being released (now March 2022) despite lots of promises from the KAOS team both on their social media and in direct messages to me. If I had known about the prolonged wait I wouldn’t have bought this product as I don’t have a dining table in my house making feeding my child without the tray very difficult especially as they have become more independent. I feel misled by KAOS as to the timescales for the tray.

If you need a tray or newborn seat I would go with a different product. If you just need a high chair it’s good.

Kaos is a brand that new parent looks for! It can be quite overwhelming to find your way in a world of baby/kid stuff. They provide items that are durable, functional but also well designed. You should definitely check them out!

We got our Klapp high chair 1 month ago and we love it! It's stylish, easy to tuck away after meals and with the safety rail our 1year old actually sits down through the whole dinner without climbing out (that never happened with his old chair).
The quality also seem amazing.

It is so simple and good products for me. Easy in use and always very stylish. I am sure it made a people who have children! :)

We love our KAOS Klapp highchair in black. It’s stylish and folds up compactly to store in between uses.

There was a delay on the pre order due to Covid, but it was well worth the wait!

Vi elsker vår ribbevegg! Treverket og finishen på den er så fin, og så er den utrolig enkel og grei å montere! Ekstra-stæsjet man kan kjøpe til er bare helt genialt - både praktisk og dekorerende! KAOS-produktene mine hadde også kort leveringstid!
