Is the best training courses i can say, i learned a lot from this guys, if anyone wants to learn how to be a good Security, this place makes you one of them, thank you to all of the guys who working very heard to make sure the securities can do a proper job.

I Wasiu Babatunde Onifade learnt a lot from my 6 days training on becoming an SIA door supervisor. It was the best experience and teaching which will take me far in life, I learnt a lot in various aspects and modules through and excellent instructor and teacher who not only taught but impacted an amazing and life long teaching in me. In addition i learnt first aid procedures, how to administers CPR and the ability to recognize various threats including terrorists threats from the highest to the lowest level. It was an amazing experience and i recommend ITS PRO training to everyone. Not forgetting, i had the best class settings and amazing people and free tea and breakfast.

Best SIA Top Up training in London I learned so much in 2 days, I covered about threats levels, how to use equipment like radios to communicate clearly, I did also my level 3 first aid, I did the PI and learned good techniques to protect myself from harm. Thank you to the trainer and manager very helpful, gave water tea coffee.

I am very happy thats i have completed 6 days of training. i have done my first aid training level 3. i want to work now in security, learning the skills of physical interventation, how i can speak to customer how i can use my body language i feel comfortable and happy to find work. thank you itspro training team, excllent team and managers they deal with people with reapect.

The specific training for each module was amazing, first aid for me was very important I learnt how I can save someone’s life. Door Supervisor training was very good because I learnt how to best communicate with customers using conflict management. I learnt how to keep myself and others safe. My name is abolagasim Sulyman.i have completed my training with Its pro training.its was total 6 days training.in this training 5 days theory plus physical training and the last day was for exam to check the outcome of training

In these days my tutors completed all necessary tasks regarding this training

First day ( first aid )
2nd day ( working as a door supervisor in the private security industry
3rd day physical Intervention
4th day queue management
5th day. CCTV operations

So I am so glad about my training its help me to build my confidence and skills in this training

The trainers were willing to give all their help and if you do not understand they explain it well until you do.Included physical training and advice on how to handle all types of situations. 10/10 service highly recommend them.

Done my level 3 first aid and level 2 Door supervisor took 6 days but was very useful and informative. Training was very thorough learned a lot.

Excellent training centre! At ITS PRO TRAINING, i have acquired a level 3 first aid qualification. I have leant how to correctly perform CPR. How to prevent blood from spurting and potentially save lives. I am also studying a door supervisor which include physical intervention and conflict management and provide me with the necessary knowledge to gain a SIA certificate.

A fantastic course , the teachers make sure you understand what we are learning and the importance of the information we learn. i was taught many different units like physical intervention, conflict management and even level 3 first aid. Very fair and welcoming to people of all sorts of abilities and those whom my face learning difficulties.

Staff was very helpful during whole day training they don’t allow to let us go without giving 100% results. Really like the way they teach us very very polite and nice trainer . Kasim gave us the professional training of HEALTH & SAFETY course & also was so professional in all module of door supervisor course . Definitely Will recommend to others
