RIP off!

RIP off!
They sent me a watch which my husband has been unable to wear because the strap is faulty and he cannot adjust it to fit him. When I returned it they said that the strap is not covered by the warranty and offered to repair it for £30!! But it was sent faulty. What a bunch of liars! Don’t use them.

Very bad customer service. Faulty watches

Very bad customer service.
Bought Boss watch for my husband, he worn it 10 times and strap broke in half like it was made from paper.
Watch can not be used without that strap and strap can not be replaced with just a generic one as it a particular shape .
Ask customer service - they said 45 days warranty. I ve explained that it’s manufacturing fault - don’t want to know.
Unless you want watch to last two months - don’t buy from this company.

Not buying again

The watch itself looks good but the packaging and the watch box was not nice. The box looks dirty and old, got scratches. I would have definitely returned the watch if wasn’t sending it to different place. I just didn’t send the box. Done a different packaging.
