I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ from IT Workup on 13 August 2024 and paid R12,126 via PayFast. On 30 August, I received an email saying my order was “on its way” with a 1–3 business day delivery estimate. I also got Courier Guy tracking info.

The courier truck was reportedly hijacked... and from there, everything spiraled. At first, Timothy Kuypers (sales manager) responded and promised they'd make a plan to deliver my device. After a while of me asking questions because their promises went unfulfilled, communication went dead.

I sent multiple follow-up emails (and they were ignored) and called dozens of times (mostly unanswered). To this day, I’ve received NOTHING. No tablet, no refund, no apology.

Based on my experience and many others online, it seems this company acts legitimate until there’s a problem, and then disappears when it counts. If you value your money, stay far away.

Communication was excellent when I followed up. Furthermore, communication at each stage of delivery was prompt, despite the product taking approximately two months to arrive.
The price was substantially lower compared to well-established and renowned businesses. I sincerely hope that they will soon resolve their recent internal shareholder operational dispute and resume operations.

Their website disappeared and there was no way to contact them. this for over a week. no attempt was made to contact me. I have reported them to the police. Apparently there are hundreds of people in the same boat

I am amazed about all the good reviews.

I ordered and paid for a phone. Suddenly the website does not exist, facebook page is gone, emails dont work. I still dont have my order. The number supplied, says they dont know where they moved to.

I think this company is a scam. DONT buy from them. They give you the run-around, never deliver what you order and always, always have an excuse.

placed an order with ITWORKUP about a month ago and followed up a few days ago. I was told my order was almost ready for collection. Today, 6 March 2025, their website is down, their phone line is dead, and they appear to have vanished.

After searching online, I found an alternative contact number and managed to speak to someone. They informed me that ITWORKUP no longer exists and that I should report the issue to CSSI—a company that shares the same address. I have no idea who CSSI is or what their connection to ITWORKUP is.

I don’t know how they have positive reviews, but something is not right here. If you were considering buying from them, I strongly advise against it. If you've already made a purchase and haven’t received your order, unfortunately, it doesn’t look promising.

We purchased an e-reader device which was supposed to be delivered by the 4th of this month. However when we do a follow up on that, their contact details are not working even the email address is not valid. It feels like a scam. Also we can no longer access their website and on Google maps their address states that the place is closed. Numbers provided it's not even theirs. I contacted the other number, it rang once then goes to voicemail

ITWorkup sent email updates regarding my shipment for an e-reader and fulfilled the order 100%. The order did take long to arrive, but it was expected since the company orders from overseas and is at the mercy of customs.

Was shipped and received promptly. Very happy with the service.

They don't honor warranty or the CPA, mess you around and can not be trusted, rather spend your money some other better reviewed PC shop, even if you save R100 from them it's not worth not getting support for after sales.

Due to unforeseen circumstances there were unexpected delays in shipping my order. The communication from IT Workup was spectacular and kept me up to date all the way. I received my products in good order without any problems.

I bought a GoPro 13 Black from IT Workup. Shipping did take a bit longer than listed on the website, but when ordering they did note due to a large amount of orders shipping may take longer.

When I sent enquiries about the order, I received feedback within 24 hours.

Order short delivered. 2 of 12 units missing on collection. Paid in full. Promised by Timothy that he will deliver missing units to our office thhe same afternoon. No delivery. Went there next day. Can't find the stock. Eventually figured out 2 of the 12 units was not delivered to them yet. Promised to send me the tracker details and have it sorted ASAP. 2 weeks later. No response to multiple mails, Whatsapp or phone calls. All of this after waiting ages for the iniital order delivery.

I was very impressed with IT workup. The product I bought was over double the price on other websites. I was willing to wait the extra time (+- 3 weeks) to receive it, as it wasn’t an urgent purchase. They sent email updates about the progress of the order. I would order from them again.

I got a really good deal on the cell phone I purchased. It came well packaged and courier was efficient. It took a really long time to receive my order from date of purchase due to their shipment delays as it was after the festive period. However they promptly responded to my WhatsApp enquiries and updated me.

I was searching for a fuss free phone ( not a smart phone) that my son could take to school purely for call purposes. They were the only stockist I could find in South Africa that carried the Nokia 3210. Placed my order on a Sunday and it was delivered by the Wednesday. Very happy with the phone and speedy service.

My order arrived after over a month even though i was promised a 2-14 day delivery. The order was also incomplete and all my attempts of contact have been ignored even though they, once again, promise a quick response within 24 hours.

The product took 2 months to arrive, by the time it got here, the price went down by almost 30%, therefore, I lost 30% of the value because you took insanely long to deliver. It was on special, but the delay in delivery completely negated the special price. Also, the packaging, the product did not come in proper packaging, for sure not the original packaging, and it's a CPU...
I must admit though, communication was very good when I followed up.
