Never dealing with this company again Very poor communication and service

Received my order and wanted to return as they are the wrong fit and poorly made. Sent back to address advised to send back to and now radio silence. Their website has been closed down and can't contact them. Still waiting for my refund.

Easy to get order, shoes fit fine,

After a prolonged period waiting for my shirt that I ordered to be delivered I was angry at the sizing.
Supposed to be XL & labelled as such, but more like an M, way too small. Very disappointing.

ordered 28 Sept, yet still not even shipped by 12 Oct. yet company tells me on 3 Oct it has been shipped but on 12 Oct still says on tracking link 'processing'. Now not getting an answer at all.
Do not recommend dealing with this company. Will i ever get these shoes? probably not :(

Edit: I eventually got the shoes. They are not leather, they are synthetic and are very poor quality. I am still never buying from this company again.
