I bought two items based on the beautiful photos on the website, but what arrived looked nothing like the pictures. The clothes were extremely cheap-looking, poorly made, and very low quality.

When I complained and asked for a refund, I was told I could either return the items at my own expense (around £30) or accept only a 50% refund. Paying £30 to return items that were misrepresented didn’t feel reasonable, so I reluctantly accepted the partial refund.

Overall, this felt very misleading and left me feeling scammed out of my hard-earned money. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

Good service and items for my holiday

I ordered a dress but the one that arrived was nothing like the one ordered. I had not realised that this company are based in China and when I looked at the return details they stated that to process a refund would cost between £20-30. I. An only think this cost is quoted to determine anyone from trying to get a refund! I emailed them and attached the photo of the dress I had ordered and the one they sent and stated I wanted a full refund as the error was theirs because they sent the wrong item and I should not be penalised due to their mistake. The item I received was awful cheap fabric and a terrible style. They offered me a credit voucher to spend on their website, which I refused. I would never risk getting anything from them or order from them again. I contacted my credit card company and they refunded the money and were taking it up with Ivy Luna. This was done because the wrong item was obviously sent and that is a legitimate reason for the credit card company to refund me. I decided to try to return the cheap dress and was given an address somewhere in a remote part of China. This cost me £9.00 to return and I sent it on October 10th and according to DPD it has still to arrive over three months later. I doubt anyone has ever managed to get a refund from these scammers. I wish I hadn’t bothered to send it back!
If I could have awarded zero stars I would have done.

Do not purchase anything from this company. It's all cheap rubbish from China and when you try to return it it's at your expense which will be much more than you paid. Reported them to Trading Standard.

Placed order for 2 items October 2025.
1 item was a dress which was nothing like the size they stated.
The second was a 2 piece set which was nothing short of rags.
I tried to get a refund but it was like pulling teeth. They offered a 30% voucher and told me not to refund the items. They then offered a 50% voucher. I refused this as can’t imagine I would buy from this company again due to the poor quality and inaccurate sizing.
Eventually after several communications they sent me a returns label. Shipping is to China and it cost me £30 for recorded delivery. I can see they have received it back but after 2 further communications I still have not been refunded.
Avoid this company at all costs!!
Ivy luna London is clearly not a British company as it portrays. I’ve lost over £100 but determined to address this with legal assistance.

Item arrived as expected and feels well made. Happy with my purchase.

Do not buy off this site.!! I sent 2 outfits back .Tracked by Royal mail.cost me a lot of money.They had to be signed for when they arrived.And they said they would refund me. Boxing day they were sent back .!! .No explanation ..Awfull..

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Legal proceedings now taken against them for continuing to bypass and ignore the consumer rights act. The most fraudulent company iv ever dealt with. Falsely advertised items and then send the worst quality items iv ever seen and then refuse to refund you.

Please DO NOT accept anything but a full refund from this sham company. They will try and claim you have to return items to china at your cost to try and ensure you accept a tiny discount to keep the item. Ignore this it’s all lies. They operate in the UK and therefore the consumer rights act applies. It’s not difficult to learn your rights and this applies to EVERY COMPANY that sells items in the UK

Once I win the case il post on here again and if you are struggling to get money back il leave my contact details and tell you how to get a full refund. The quicker we shut down this disgraceful business the better.

I have also filed a case with trading standards for false advertisement of garments so will be interesting to see how far I get with

Miss sold and they do not accept returns unless you pick up the full cost.

Items are poor quality, nothing like the pictures. Their customer service is poor and when complained, they haggle a discount on products I don’t want.

Stay clear from company.

I bought a dress that was the wrong size and i asked to return the item to be exchanged. The Customer service was excellent and responded immediately and offered me a 100% Gift card to be used to replace the dress. Excellent service all round and the quality of the dress is very good.

If I could give zero stars I would. The items look NOTHING as advertised. Different fabric, different style, different buttons…. Complete mis- selling at its finest.
Any positive reviews here must be from staff as the items received are awful.
I paid via PayPal and am currently negotiating a 50% return postage fee via them.
Ivy Luna offered me 60% back. If you can negotiate to get the 80% back I’d take that and run.

Nice product and excellent customer service

I came across the IVY LUNA website n line and saw a dress for my wife which I knew she would love, so I ordered it and was so pleased I did as it was just how it was depicted in the online store
Prompt delivery and have to say very pleased. I have also shown this website to a couple of work colleagues who have also made use of the Christmas offers

The dress I ordered was not suitable for me but email communication was excellent, full refund against next purchase with no need to return., 5* customer service

You wouldn’t be disappointed in your item it’s top quality and out side the ukI you would get it within 2 weeks

you are unable to return the incorrect item unless you send it back to asia they refuse to refund you the money back and just supply a code that doesn’t work don’t waste your money on this company

Scam. Just to warn everyone, the products look nothing like they advise. They do not have a physical store and the products are cheap 'temu' products not high quality. Yiu cant easily refund and thet will charge you £30 to return the awful qualuty items back to China

I received a beautiful dress for Christmas which was the quality I expected, unfortunately a bit small but the team have been fast to respond and fix the issue and I’m happy with the outcome. Thank you very much.
