Too bad it's not possible to give no stars. The product was disgusting. Blouses made from swimsuit material. They tried to talk me into keeping the items or giving them to someone. I finally got the return address to send the items back for a full refund. I sent the items back early November 2025. I was notified that my returned items arrived in China mid November. I notified them about this. They responded once saying they were waiting to receive the items from customs. I continued to email weekly requesting my refund but I have not received any further responses. Money lost, I guess now I see they seem to have closed their business. Great😡🤬

I ordered a swimsuit thinking that it was from a legit New Zealand store, but it took several weeks to arrive and was ill-fitting. I was offered a small discount then a suggestion that I might find a friend to give the swimsuit to. I have returned the product but it is stuck at the Chinese border after a month of toing and froing. This is another case of an emotional-hook online store that purports to be 'family based' with a heart-warming back story. There is no local phone or email address, and no physical store. Another scam store sending cheap goods without any backup. Don't waste your time or money!

After giving in and accepting a 20% refund for items that were not as described- they also failed to refund after saying they had. Total scam.
Items received were of very poor quality and not at all like described. All is shipped out of china. Temu has better quality.

Total scam, the dress I ordered was unbelievably bad quality. I have been back and forward to the returns people and finally got an address to return it to - IN CHINA! Not Golden bay.
This company is NOT set up by a woman with her child.
It is NOT and NZ or Australian based company.
Avoid!

This website is a scam. Likely used AI to create what looks like a wholesome website but the goods ship from China, not Australia, and the dungarees I ordered are essentially two pieces of plastic sewn together. The print is low quality.
They have just created another website ivyrose-goldcoast.com, which I'm assuming is because the original is getting blocked or reported as a scam. My workplace cybersecurity has blocked both websites.

I have emailed their Customer Support to ask for a refund but I honestly don't expect a reply.

DO NOT BUY.
