Since you returned my Apple Watch for the second time (this was faulty from your initial screen replacement) the battery runs out at rapid pace. I will now have to invest in a new Apple Watch rather than you fixing the battery issue. This has caused me a great deal of stress, and wasted time. All of this could have been resolved if you had offered to replace the battery free of charge.

Within 3 days my watch is back with me and looking great. I was really worried sending it away but I was notified at each stage (received and dispatched) and I couldn’t believe the speed of what this company are offering. I would 100% recommend

Accidentally cracked my Apple Watch screen on Monday. Posted from Edinburgh to London in the Monday afternoon post and it was returned by Thursday morning in perfect condition. I was able to track the process throughout to put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend .

I accidentally smashed my apple watch series 6 and a friend of mine recommended this website as high quality repair service.
I received my watch after 2 days I sent to iwatchrepair its look like a brand new. I completely satisfied with their customer service as fast as light repairs I was fully aware they couldn’t guarantee water proof after the repair, but I was willing to accept that compromise for the price difference between them and apple.
I will definitely use their service and repair in future and suggest to my mates in case of emergency.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Like a lot of comments - they won't honour their warranty. Fixed my Iwatch quickly and I was pleased initially, but within 2 months the glass started coming away at the edges -you can see the glue! the insisted I'd damaged it somehow - which I definitely hadn't. And now I have a broken watch and am down over £100. Terrible.

My daughter dropped her Apple watch just 2 weeks after she bought and was desperate to get it repaired without it costing a fortune. I looked around at several options but none filled me with confidence. The iwatchrepair.co.uk website was professional, easy to follow and offered a competitive price. From the moment I registered the repair the communication was first class, sending me texts and emails through the process. The watch was sent to them on Wednesday and we had it back on Saturday, well packaged and fully repaired. Excellent service all round.

Had Apple Watch Series 4 dropped and cracked glass front. As battery was at 82% health had both glass and battery changed. Really impressed with communications, speed and quality of repair completed. Only difference is not to keep it on in shower. For the price that’s a small price to pay. Excellent service and highly recommended.

When I dropped my watch and cracked the screen it seemed impossible to find somewhere to repair it at a price below £120 which is ridiculous because I could buy a new one for not much more. I found this place and the price was reasonable, so I went ahead. I was really impressed with the whole process, I got notifications via text when my watch was received, when it was ready, and being dispatched! It was also turned around in only a few days which I found to be great service. The watch looks as good as new, I did read in T&Cs that they can’t guarantee it’s now waterproof and I haven’t tried it in the pool again yet but that was always going to be the case so it’s just one of those things. Would highly recommend!

These guys could show most companies a thing or two about communication and efficiency. Never do reviews but they deserve it. Quick turn around, notified on receipt and dispatch, and watch back looking good as new. Thanks.

I sent my watch in for repair for the cracked screen, which was a small chip at the top, not fully shattered. The watch was working absolutely fine and the LCD as it was. However they said that the LCD was broken and it would cost another £115 on top of the £85 I had already paid, and refused to just repair the glass as requested. £200 is near enough the cost of a brand new watch, so clearly not worth it. I have asked for a refund but they keep £15 for the diagnostics so I’ve paid over £25 (inc the postage) and my watch is still broken. I wouldn’t recommend using them, I would go to a place that can give you an answer there and then rather than charging you to tell you they won’t fix it 🙃.

I booked and paid for a battery replacement for my Apple Watch series 3, having rung iwatchrepair and explained my watch screen - which had become fully de-attached after a belt buckle blow - also needed fixing but they don't have a price for that?
The lady on the phone was very helpful and said a lower price [and invoice] for re-fixing the screen can be requested, when I send the watch in.
Well, all seemed to be working OK, but having charged it to 100%, just before packing/sending off, I turned the watch off... and then it wouldn't turn back on. Somehow, it had become unreliable.
So I contacted iwatchrepair and left a message requesting a refund. Shortly after, they refunded the battery replacement fee, contacting me by email and even phoning me because of the earlier message.
They provided *excellent* customer service, and I will certainly use them again, particularly as their prices are very reasonable.
Postscript - after my lovely wife said I could buy a new Apple Watch, I tried the old one again... and it restarted. Typical. So I will try to get the screen repaired in the near future.
