I really enjoyed this experience. It was fun to shop for these items from the comfort of my home. The description were very good on most products. Everything seemed to be priced competitively. Shipping was pretty quick,product was ok,was definately a little smaller than expected,fit very tight and couldnt slide all the way on,was uncomfortable at first,was a little better after a couple uses but not much.

If I could give Jack & Jill 0 stars, I would. I purchased many items from your store and online but your lack of a return policy sucks. I paid $46 for a pair of heels that I can't wear and you wouldn't even exchange them let alone give me a refund. I will not recommend J&J to anyone after calling and getting poor customer service.

This results in a lack of tracking and then BOOM, the item arrives.
