I was hoping to get a better packaging since the item and the brand that I purchased was a quality and not the cheapest one and presenting it as a birthday gift was the core idea... but the speed of the delivery was impressive thank you.

Amazing customer service
Darren was fantastic when I was searching for a discontinued Fairfax coloured bag, he maanagrd to find me the last bag they had in stock.

I wanted to replace some dearly loved Meindl walking boots with the same model after 11 years of service. Jacks offered exactly what I wanted at a competitive price. Delivery was prompt and the packaging secure. So, I am back on the hill.

Best price I could find for my coat and delivery was quick despite me ordering Christmas Day! Item arrived well packaged and I’d definitely order from Jacks again.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service. Phoned the shop and spoke with co-owner Darren. He couldn’t have been more helpful. He even sent me a text personally later to confirm dispatch. Item received the following day. Haven’t experienced such good service for a very long time.
