I ordered a shower screen that has arrived today. It took a long time to get to me, a problem with the manufacturer. I was kept informed and the delivery was faster than expected. The price was much cheaper than other suppliers. Very pleased.

Ordered online from a very easy to use website. There were problems with the bathroom furniture I had ordered (manufacturers fault) but I was kept informed every step of the way.
When delivery via courier proved a problem Micheal drove to the couriers depot picked up the cabinet himself and met me at a halfway point to hand over the product.
Not many companies go that extra mile for their customers nowadays, nothing was to much trouble for these guys.

Our plumber gave us a lovely glossy Jacob Dylan catalogue to look at so we could choose our new bathroom suite & shower. Our plumber also offered us a 20% discount on the prices. The items were all clearly priced & of a good quality. I like to shop around, so priced up similar items on line from various other bathroom retailers. Although JD was slightly more expensive we were actually very lucky as we checked out their new on line web page, & received a further discount. We initially got 5% off our total order, but as the website had not long been launched, we ended up getting 40-45% off!! Clearly this was an offer not to miss. Ordering was relatively simple, although we did order the wrong item for the bath. However, before the order was sent out, JD actually checked it and told us we had ordered a wrong item via email. They were really good in the customer service department, and very quick with their email reply's. I would highly recommend them & will be using them again for some bits we forgot to order. The only niggle was delivery. Everything was very well packed, but it had obviously be loaded from the side. When the chap tried to pull the pallet forward on to the back lift, it was actually to tall to get out. My husband was at work, so I had to help the guy unload all off the stuff, some of which was pretty heavy. Im pretty strong, but a more frail person would have struggled. The actual items were in perfect condition, packed securely and of excellent quality. I would use them again, but make sure I had some other help just in case!

Ordered a new radiator as the old one started leaking so had to call out an emergency plumber who had to turn it off. We then started searching for a replacement and found a great design at a great price. Couldn't be happier and we're now looking at replacing the house to match it.

The service i had from Jacob Dylan was outstanding. Tried ordering a piece of furniture but it was out of stock so they recommended another one which looked even better and at a cheaper price! I wasn't really expecting them to offer a cheaper alternative so that was a big bonus.

Ordered a new basin and toilet for my bathroom i'm currently upgrading and got a order acknowledgement about 20 minutes after i placed my order telling me it when it would be delivered and that i would get an invoice emailed to me when it was dispatched. Excellent service and i will definitely be back for anything else i may need in the future. The service was impeccable and i will recommend this company to every one i know

Tried to order a toilet that was out of stock until the end of august and was quite gutted until Michael recommended a great alternative which i received 2 days later. I was quite desperate as the toilet downstairs had started to leak so needed it quite urgent. I'd recommend this company as a great company who strive to give great service and will go to all means to make sure their customers are happy. I'll be back in the future when i look at remodelling the bathroom upstairs.

The Blue Bathroom Suite from Jacob Dylan online is amazing value. Outstanding customer service had the product within 3 days and it's now all set up and really happy with my new bathroom. Would recommend this company to anyone.

It took 2 days for them to contact me as to the unavailability of the item. it wont be around for at least 3 weeks. I point of purchase the basket could have showed if the item was in stock

Such an amazing experience with this company. Amazing service followed by great prices ordered a few things on Tuesday had a pretty much instant reply and had everything i had ordered come yesterday with great service and professionalism from the delivery guys. Would recommend this company to anyone and will be back for more in the future
