Ordered ackee and jerk seasoning
Ordered ackee and jerk seasoning. I knew it was going to be bad news when the box was the same size as the contents. One of the jars or jerk was broken even though it had bubble wrap. Two of my five cans of ackee were dented and the first can I opened all of the ackee was basically disintegrated. Will not use this company again. I will have to open the other cans before I go through the trouble of preparing the other ingredients to make sure they aren't in the same state.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by your damaged order. We take great care to pack bottles securely with protective materials and “fragile” labels, but unfortunately, it seems the carrier did not handle this shipment with the proper care.
