Jacombs Tickets are scammers. Please do not use them under any circumstances. We purchase tickets for a match on the 8th November. With less than 24 hours to go, we do not have any tickets nor have they replied to any emails. Like others, I have completed their Identify check and provided photos / video of my passport.

The owner is listed as Rachel Leanne Kennedy. She has 2 appointments on companies house with the other belonging to Jacombs Enterprises Limited. I am now looking at how I can maximise and leverage the use of social media platforms to ensure others do not fall foul of these fraudsters.

Scammers. Took money, no tickets. Don’t get fooled!!!

I bought tickets for a premier league football match for today! Firstly Jacombs tickets said the tickets will be available for download 7 days before the event. I had an email saying the tickets will be delayed, now they will be available 3 days before the game. 3 days before the game I had an email saying I need to verify my identity before the tickets will be available. I verified my identity, emailed Jacombs helpdesk, emailed them 5 times to ask for a progress report and where are my tickets. I have ha no response from Jacombs, nothing. No tickets, £134 our of pocket. This is a scam, please do not buy tickets from this sham company. Everything on their website is fake. I've been scammed! Bustards.

Scum! Avoid
Took the money for 2 Arsenal tickets weeks ago, then started delaying delivery. At the end, started asking for passport and ID check, and when i confronted them that I'll take legal actions, they disappeared. Will try to reclaim my money from credit card company

If I could give no stars I would. Told me for over a month I would get my tickets.
Told 7 days before match, then 3 days before match, the match is tomorrow and I have no tickets.
Total fraud and scam.
I parted with my personal information and ID information, so now I’m worried what they will do with this.

They're definitely a SCAM - still waiting for my tickets.

A Absolute scam! they reply initially then nothing!!!!!! Then they ask for a photo of your passporr, a selfie then a voice note everything a scammer needs to access your accounts, l paid by credit card and have my money back! BUT THEY ARE RUTHLESS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They promised tickets 7 days before the match, but when the day arrived, they pushed it back to 3 days claiming a "glitch."
Then, instead of delivering the tickets, they sent an email demanding a passport photo, a selfie, and three video clips just to "verify my identity". Legitimate ticket sellers do not demand your passport and biometric video data for standard match tickets. This company shifts goalposts and attempts to harvest sensitive identity documents. Avoid them at all costs!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They claim they are authorised by the PL, they're not. Still waiting for my tickets. They don't respond to emails and don't have a phone number. Nothing but a SCAM. Reviews on their website are fake.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

They are certainly a polite bunch when communicating with them hence the 1 star but that’s about it.
I purchased two sets of tickets - went to see if more tickets were available and plenty were including the seats I had already purchased. They said it was a web error plus other reasons - I requested two refunds but they haven’t processed them yet. More excuses regarding the card processor. They state they are authorised ticket sellers but if you check the premier league website they are detailed as not authorised. I also contacted a premier league club to clarify seats and they confirmed although the block they’re offering is real the seats they are selling in it don’t exist. Jacombs is insisting the seats are there but not the ones I might have selected ! Laughable now.

I do hope they do the right thing and refund me for it. It’s a shame as I bet many turn up with their late issued qr codes that are either invalid who simply copied from valid tickets issued to legitimate season ticket holders

In a nutshell. They are not authorised ticket sellers therefore it’s at your own risk.

Well weeks have now passed and the excuses about a problem with visa therefore can’t issue a refund continues. I’ve had a please wait till 5pm tomorrow line sent a few times now. They have asked for my bank details a few times to make a bank transfer but I’m not comfortable providing this given how the lack of integrity is evident. I’m also quite amused at their attempt at educating me on how with a bank transfer I get the funds back immediately!!!! Meaning I don’t have to wait. Really ? I didn’t know this!

Guys I urge you not to use them! They are a huge scam! I’ve tried reporting the business but seems slow to process.
