Although we had a problem with the initial installation with a loose wire, Jacuzzi sent an engineer out Mark fixed the problem quickly and efficiently with a smile and a bit of northern banter.

We’ve dabbled with the idea of a hot tub for a while and called in to look ( again - we’ve looked a few times ) . I’ve dealt with Mark via e mail and met Steve @ Bents. I’m sure we asked all the boring questions everyone does , but Steve answered knowledgeably and fully, with simple straightforward info . We bought a new J5 model and all admin , agreed dates , home survey went exactly as promised.

Contacted my local Jacuzzi dealership which is Bents Manchester, via online aftersales enquiry form, like i have always done, for my 4th year annual service, and i am a bit shocked saddened and confused about the reply from James....

The locator brings up Firehouse and Bents Manchester, the locator is slightly wrong as Bents is quicker to get too by far and closer!! So i did chose the correct dealership and use their form to get that poor reply, so basically going round in circles!!
I am always spending lots of money with them as its the only place i shop for hot tub products i need with them online, chemicals, Smartpod, robes, waterease, filters, aromatherapy, clearay bulbs etc etc and get them delivered and i still have warranty with them. Spent @20k for a J475 in Sept 2022, which came with many faults and not a perfect smooth installation also which was time consuming and very stressful lasting over 12 months to rectify, as i got what people say a covid tub with what seemed like old parts put together which had many faults, and since then alot more faults have occured covered by warranty.
They have always been very poor with aftersales customer service, there is only Stacey that is good at getting things done and gives good customer service, the others fob you off, especially James who i caught out several times, even their workers said the same. They are very good at selling at Bents, good team. The service engineer Kyle is fantastic and great help and so was his dad. If it wasn't for Kyle and Stacey i would have rejected the tub in 22, they are the only ones that care about aftersales and good customer service!! But this is shocking to now here they have washed their hands off you after all you have spent with them over the years being loyal. When they decided to change their aftersales, why did they not mailshot all their loyal customers notifying them of the changes and solutions? So it looks like they are just interested in selling you the tubs taking your money then washing their hands of you, so poor indeed for a major superior premium brand!! The Jacuzzi family who created the brand would never have treated their customers like this, they would be mortified to hear this.
I was thinking of part ex for the new 500 range infrared tub next spring, but if im getting shafted after all my loyalty and money i have spent with them over the years i think i will shop elsewhere for a different brand with a good aftersales dept. Jacuzzi UK, care about your customers and aftersales, just bloody poor indeed!!
I do hope the directors see this, Andrew Charles Bewicke, Assunta Li, David Mark Smith, and Craig Richard Tennant!! Is this the service your proud of? I will certainly be writing to Jacuzzi headquarters in Irvine USA to Chief Executive Officer Robert P. Baird Jr, as hes the guy wanting the brand to thrive and be proud off!! God im angry, why has nothing ever been straight forward, stressless and smooth when dealing with this company? Do your homework folks before spending that hard earned cash!! I would give 0 stars but cant!!

I recently bought the J345 hot tub from Jacuzzi Manchester branch. The service was excellent despite some initial concerns around delivering it via the beach but it was installed perfectly and is working fabulously. An amazing product and user experience. Would thoroughly recommend it

I recently bought a tub from Jacuzzi at Bents. Paul was the team member that dealt with myself and my partner . He was very pleasant and professional and made us both feel at ease . The tub is now installed and being used to the max .

We have just bought a Jacuzzi from the Manchester branch . The sales team we spoke to Mark and Steve were excellent helping us with everything we needed. We met their mechanic while we were there but unfortunately I can’t remember his name he was lovely and helpful .
I can’t say enough about the delivery guys either they were so kind ,thoughtful and well mannered .
We are really happy with the tub and would recommend Jacuzzi Manchester .

I went in to understand the difference between a few Jacuzzis and the features they have. Steve showed me around the tubs and what the options on each of them were. Steve was very helpful and knowledgable regarding the Tubs and updated me all the way through the installation progress.

I am extremely pleased with my Jacuzzi and the whole experience from start to finish. The customer service was absolutely amazing. Steven and the team were fantastic. very professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and ensuring everything went perfectly.

Mark offered a First class service from start to finish…. great honest advice on hot tubs per se, he took time to explain, the true on-costs and regular water care; he even spoke to our electrician on 32amp plug socket, needs/cabling etc. Delivery and set up was straight forward, up and running within a few hours, taking about 8 hours to get to 38c. Great service, highly recommend - thank you…

The sales team were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble from enquiring right through to delivery of our jacuzzi this includes the delivery team and after sales team. The jacuzzi itself is amazing and low cost to run. I would definitely recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a jacuzzi.
