Nice bracelets I purchased during their BOGO sale. It wasn’t clear about how to access the sale for the bogo to automatically apply from their website but besides that the customer service was helpful.

My daughter received two very beautiful jade rings as Christmas presents but unfortunately they were too big. Knowing Jade Jewelers has a no return policy, I reached out anyway to explain and to see if they’d be able to help. I heard back from Cait and she was very understanding and very accommodating and was kind enough to make an exception to allow us to make an exchange for the correct sizing understanding they were Christmas presents. I could not be any happier with their customer service and the care provided to me by Cait. Thank you Jade Jewelers for making the process seamless and again for understanding the situation. :) 10/10 Customer Service!!!

I just want to reach out to the Jade jewelers team. I had just recently bought y’all’s Filipino pendant and necklace over Christmas break. I’ve been waiting for this necklace for the longest time and I was so excited to get it then I an incident happened over break where my pending broke. I reached out back to you guys And one of yalls team members named Lana helped me out so much you guys sent me a new one and I’m very grateful. Thank you guys so much definitely one of my best necklace I ever bought. Happy new year! 🎊

I had a wonderful experience with The Jade Jewelers recently. When the "Filipino Sun Jade Pendant" I ordered didn’t meet my expectations, I reached out to their team, and Lana stepped in right away to help.

Lana was incredible—she kept me in the loop the entire time and made sure I felt taken care of. The company replaced the pendant completely free of charge, and allowed me to keep the previous pendant, which really showed how much they care about their customers and the quality of their products.

The new pendant is absolutely perfect, and I couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Lana and The Jade Jewelers for making it such a smooth and positive experience. Highly recommend them!

I have been a returning customer with The Jade Jewelers and they have never disappointed me. The attention to detail and outstanding customer service I have received is what makes me trust this company. Thank you to Cait and Lana for being very responsive and personable when doing business.

Purchased the 8mm Cuban bracelet. It was lovely but clearly not well quality checked before it shipped. The links obviously had to have cut gaps to link them together, but were very poorly closed back up with some kind of resin that chipped off within 2 weeks and the bracelet fell apart. In attempting to put it back together, the links broke in half. I had suspicion that the Cuban style bracelet would be brittle due to how it has to be made. However, the company began offering insurance for these bracelets after my purchase was made and the product sold out multiple times. I am to assume this insurance is being offered now because of the number of complaints they have received. My real issue is that this bracelet cost nearly $500 when it was said and done. The insurance costs $125 and also "sells out" on their website and only covers one time repair. And in addition to that, I have attempted to reach them regarding my bracelet breaking within 2 weeks of its delivery and prior to the offer of insurance and have not received ANY communications back from them. I feel that I have been cheated out of a large chunk of money. I would be happy with having a refund, if even partial, or replacement. But with their lack of communication even that isn't possible. I feel their other products may be of better quality, however, I feel their return policy of 48 hours and failure to respond to emails makes it not even worth the risk to purchase from this company. Also kind of sketchy that you can't leave reviews on their website yet they show only their 5 star reviews. Severe lack of accountability.

Ordered a "Lavender" full package which comes with a gold plated necklace.

The pendant was white and not even close to Lavender, and the necklace was tarnished.

Policy states no refunds or returns. Trash company.

Sent me wrong size ring then stopped responding to my emails

Stay far away from this company !

I placed an order on Friday, Monday morning they had a sale, I asked if they can apply it to my order placed on Friday they said no, they won’t honour it. I said okay cancel my order from Friday (it didn’t ship yet and wasn’t going to for 10 business days min) and I will re-place the exact same order with the code applied. They refunded my unshipped order, but refused to refund the $50USD shipping cost. Not only did I NOT end up placing the order again, I also now need to file a dispute at my bank. Such a hassle, and lost a customer that would have been a forever customer. Poor customer service will ruin a business fast. Stay far away!
