I'm very happy with the experience I've had with Jadore Couture. I bought a beige Chanel shopper bag and it's in great condition, the curation is excellent, they have several products in great condition, several brands, the prices are good and the payment methods are affordable. The communication was great, the delivery was fast and the service was excellent. I'm very satisfied. It was the first of many!

Loyal customer
I've been a loyal customer of Jadore Couture for 7-8 years, and I can't speak highly enough of Wanda and her team. I still remember purchasing a Louis Vuitton bag from them, and the entire transaction was seamless. Since then, I've trusted them to consign my luxury items, and they've consistently exceeded my expectations. They always price items fairly and competitively, ensuring a quick and smooth sale. The team is professional, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. Having worked with several consignment companies, I can confidently say that Jadore Couture stands out as the most trustworthy and reliable. Whether you're buying or selling luxury items, I highly recommend them!

My new to-go for sustainable luxury!
I wanted to get a Chanel bag but couldn’t justify the ridiculous price increases. I recently bought my first Chanel bag from J’Adore Couture and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Communication was responsive, the pickup process was smooth, and the prices were competitive with other consignment stores in Vancouver. The condition of my bag and accompanying accessories made it feel as if I got it straight from the boutique. Highly recommend J’Adore Couture for getting your next dream bag! I’m already looking at getting another!

Good buying experiences
This is my second time purchasing from Jadore Couture. Both time the bags were exactly as described and very well packaged. But communication can be a bit better as I had a request for the shipping method but no one responded so I was a bit worried, but the packages arrived in the exact method I was hoping for. Regardless, both time went smooth and I love my bags.

Horrible costumer service and client representing. I wanted to complete an order but got an error on the page.
I kindly and politely asked for support;
the team responded robotic and just stopped responding without offering any kind of solution.
I'm sooo dissppinted😔

Hi Evelien, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We strive to assist all customers professionally and operate within regular business hours. Despite this, our team responded to your inquiries across multiple platforms, including on a Sunday night, to clarify the discount conditions.
While we always aim to accommodate reasonable requests, some of your requests such as applying a discount code that wasn’t eligible for your purchase, specific shipping preferences, custom packaging, and alternative payment methods—fell outside our standard policies. We do our best to work within our set processes to ensure smooth transactions for all customers.
We understand your frustration and appreciate your feedback. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out during business hours, and we'd be happy to help.

I purchased a ring from Jadore Couture and I'm absolutely thrilled with it!
The condition of the ring was exactly as described, and I was particularly impressed with the ease of communication. I was able to easily chat with their staff directly on the website to inquire about specific details and request additional photos. This made the entire purchasing experience very smooth and enjoyable.

I waited and waited to order my Gucci…
I waited and waited to order my Gucci bag until I had the money and was so excited to receive it. The color was even more to my liking than I expected (I love mustard but it was a little more beige and that is perfect). The shipping was good and fast. My only regret is that it doesn't have a longer strap to carry as a shoulder bag as all the hardware and decorations make it pretty heavy. Thanks Jadore. I do adore it.
