Don't buy from them
Don't buy from them. I bought a car from them, and after buying it, for the first 25 days, it started going into limp mode. I contacted them, and they fixed the car, but after a few weeks, the car started going into limp mode again. I contacted them, and they said it was a DPF issue and that the DPF is not covered by the warranty. They sent me to a garage to remove the DPF and pay him 450 pounds, but the limp mode was still not resolved. Then they told me to contact the warranty. I tried to contact the warranty more than 10 to 15 times, but no one responded, so they are selling fake warranties. Then I took my car to a local garage to fix it. So I suggest everyone not buy a car from them. It's very hard to earn money, and after that, you waste your money just because of these kinds of people.

This dealers are scammers
This dealers are scammers, the moment you buy care from them, if you have any problem they stop picking your calls, they will sell you cars that are not standard and will do nothing to resolve your problem, they asked me to pay more money for my car, I just bought from them just a month and the engine was gone, they demanded for more money to replace the car, they lied the car was in the garage but it was just sitting on the road near their office. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.

My daughter saved up for 5 years to buy her new car.
The 16k car she bought broke down on her way home she had the car 30 mins
They came & collected the car the next day. With the car showing 6 different faults my daughter decided she would rather have her money bk
These frauds then told her that wasn’t an option she has to have the car bk as they’ve fixed the issue.
There now saying the Car will be going to a storage unit at a charge of £25 per day until it’s collected
We will now proceed with taking these con men to court!!

I bought a car from them and sold it to me with multiple issues. Currently taking them to court as they have refused to refund under 30 days. Tried speaking with them but they started acting like hooligans and one of the brothers who looks like an angry pitbull started to threaten me.
Save your money and the hassle!
They operate under multiple different company names which raises alarm bells.
They are very well known to citizens advice also and have been reported to trading standards multiple times.
They will play every dirty trick in the book.
Message me for invoices as they will say have no record of sale which they are writing under every single review!!!
Dont make the same mistake I did!

Not a good experience so far
I initially gave a good review because they literally asked me to do it there and were nice when I bought the vehicle, since then it’s been terrible, we have not been able to register our vehicle because they tricked us and gave us an old logbook knowing that the current one wasn’t available, I have tried to reach them for weeks and they kept saying someone will reach me but nothing only for someone to say I should register for v62, meanwhile we weren’t told that that log book was lost or stolen and there was no log book. I would never have bought the vehicle if I knew there was no logbook !

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on 22 November and was provided with documentation confirming that a timing chain replacement had been completed on 21 November.
On 4 January — approximately six weeks later — the engine management light illuminated while I was travelling in severe winter conditions. After safely stopping the vehicle and switching off the engine, it would not restart.
The AA attended and recorded diagnostic fault codes relating to cylinder misfires and engine timing. The vehicle was recovered to my local Land Rover dealership. Their diagnostics confirmed that the fault relates to the timing chain — the same component reportedly replaced immediately prior to sale. They advised that an engine strip-down is required to determine the precise failure.
The selling dealer declined to take responsibility and directed me to a third-party warranty provider. The warranty company refused to authorise investigative strip-down costs and would not provide a courtesy vehicle unless restrictive time criteria were met.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, liability rests with the selling dealer where a fault arises within the first six months. A warranty does not replace or remove that statutory responsibility.
I reside in a remote area without access to public transport. As a result, I have been unable to attend work and my daughter has missed college. Despite being made fully aware of this, the dealership has provided no practical assistance and communication has been extremely poor. Calls are not returned. Emails go unanswered.
Trading Standards have been involved and a formal 14-day notice has now been issued. Failing resolution within that period, proceedings will be raised through the Scottish Simple Procedure court process.
This matter is now being handled formally.
I purchased the vehicle in good faith and paid in full. It failed within weeks.
Prospective buyers should consider this experience carefully.
