I bought 3 carpets from them but the time when i decided to get them washed. Real nightmare started for me. I called them, whatsapp them, email them but no reply from their side. Whenever you called the store, they will say. You have to email. It’s been more than 3 months now still got no response.

I will not recommend them at all. Till the time you’re paying,They’ll be quick in reply, afterwards you are nobody to them.

I want to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Ruchika Jain from Jaipur rugs. Ruchika has been a tremendous help in making my vision a reality. She was kind enough to share some specific rug photos based on my ask and the layout and color scheme of my room. Then she took my shopping experience a step ahead and created the renders of how the rugs that I had liked would look in my room. It was super helpful as I could make up my mind about which one to buy so easily. From there on … the payment link was sent to me … and before I knew, my rug was delivered to me. To top it all … this entire conversation happened on WhatsApp … I did not have to chase anyone , call repeatedly … nothing … just super easy and efficient and the quality of my rug was fabulous. They even sent me a complimentary rug … thank you Jaipur rugs for making my shopping experience easy breazy .. Ruchika hain - you rock !!

This company is utter useless, they don’t even value their own product! Peak of politics and favorism happens here and if you know your work then u have no place here, the uneducated managers will push u down to resign. All the product team manager, content team manager, ecom managers are incapable. This company doesn’t know how to hire then cry all the time saying we don’t have adequate resources.Dhang ke hire kroge tab milega na

Ordered a custom size carpet from Jaipur Rugs. Not only did they deliver it before time, they also gave excellent finishing on the carpet. Must say the quality is fantastic.

Wonderful company! I was a little apprehensive ordering a rug from overseas but I couldn’t be happier with my rug. The communication was excellent and my rug only took two weeks to arrive from India to Australia with tracking all the way. The rug itself is stunning and a beautiful quality. I would recommend Jaipur rugs to anyone. Brilliant company!

Our rugs from Jaipur were more lovely than the pictures. Customer service was outstanding! Everyone was so helpful and they always answered within 24 hours or less! I highly recommend this business!

I literally ordered our rugs via whatsapp after looking through their website. We had a sample sent out and we were very happy with the quality so went ahead and ordered. Paid 50% up front and remaining prior to them being shipped. I was kept up to date on the progress of the rugs at all times. I loved that we could order to the size we wanted, not just standard off the shelf sizes. I even ordered a hall runner to match the other 2 rugs. From first enquiry to delivery I was very impressed. Would highly recommend!

Especially with Salman , he was very prompt and at given point and handled everything with eas and made it much more easier for us to select the perfect rug for our clients. Within such a short period of time from sourcing the shortlisted rugs to sending them to clients to review Salman and his team were so cooperative and made sure that we had no hustle in selecting one. I have purchased multiple pure wool rugs from them. It was indeed great working with their sales and design team. So far, I have been satisfied with their products and look forward to doing business with them in future. The local artisans and weavers did a wonderful job on one of the custom made rugs that I ordered. My orders were handled by Salman and team, who took the responsibility of getting the rugs made and delivered on time. The packaging was also done well. Customers will not be disappointed if they wish to get customized rugs created for themselves.
My only request to the higher level management would be to make the prices more competitive and attractive with respect to pure wool higher knot count rugs.

Great company with quality rugs and extensive options . The availability of customization is handled with professionality and the promptness in all stages from production to communication is handled very well.

It is not my first to work with Jaipur Rugs and will keep them on my top options whenever I need rugs for my next projects.

Shipping & packing is also done in a very professional manner and articles arrive on time.

I bought a rug in discount firstly it looked old product even color was faded at few patches and now after few weeks its shredding .
I paid for it it was not for free . Feel cheated

I purchased a $2500 Konstruckt Kelle hand woven 8 x10 carpet (60% Wool and 40% viscose). Had it for a couple of days and my friend's dog had urinate a very small amount on the carpet. I immediately blotted and cleaned with a small amount of water and then had it professionally cleaned. What started as a small mark got much larger and turned yellow. The carpet is ruined. According to the Jaipur - the viscose fibres turn yellow if they get wet. Seriously, that's ridiculous. You can't even spill a glass of water on the carpet.

Fantastic service and meal in Jaipur with my wife.

The food was so delicious....empty plates left.
