What a great company to deal with!
We contacted J Alexander for a bathroom quote, and a few days later Taz came to our home to assess the job. He was lovely to deal with and advised us on the best options for our bathroom. He explained the expected timeframe and was upfront about any potential additional charges that could arise once the tiles and flooring were removed. He even gave us an indication of what these might cost, so there were no hidden surprises during the fit. I’m pleased to say we didn’t end up needing our contingency budget at all.
Taz also recommended we visit Easy Bathrooms in Solihull for our bathroom furniture, so we did — and Tariq there was extremely helpful. Once we placed our order, my hard work was done! J Alexander and Easy Bathrooms liaised directly with each other from that point, which made everything so easy.
When fitting day arrived, Shaun and Neil turned up on time and ready to work. I can honestly say they were fantastic and an absolute pleasure to have around. They worked incredibly hard, arrived early every day, and stayed until late in the evening. They kept the house tidy and always explained what they had completed each day and what the plan was for the next.
Normally, I’m delighted to see the back of workmen — but these two are definitely a credit to the company. If you’re lucky enough to have them working on your bathroom, I’m sure you’ll be just as delighted. They truly have a passion for what they do. Thanks again, lads!
